It was a wonderful stay with so many amenities (minus corkscrew!), I would return in a heartbeat. We always managed to find a parking space, and we were very close to nice shops pubs and restaurants in the village. If I were to be particular, there was a small issue with the plug in downstairs bathroom, it wasn't holding water, so we all had to use the other one, or keep the water running continuously for it to fill (not ideal), but it wouldn't put me off coming back. We had a lovely time there and the house was so nice, with lots of storage. Will definitely be back, my children loved it especially the bunk beds!

The radiator in the main kitchen/lounge was barely warm and there was no heating in the bedrooms . After spending a couple of hours trying to sort out the heating I rang the contact number. The person I spoke to sounded sympathetic and said they would contact the host and get back to me which never happened. As a result we had to put extra layers of clothing on in the evenings and in bed. The accommodation was fine apart from the above which was a shame

The house was comfortable and what we needed. Only issue was there were no plugs for the baths.

The house is located in a beautiful village just a short walk from village centre. The house is updated and spacious. The beds were comfy too - which to me is very important. We didn’t cook, we ate out, but the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glass, pans etc. Only thing we missed was a coffee machine as you can’t get a take out coffee before 9am. We will return again when we return to north east. Thanks for a great stay.

We had a lovely weekend at Roseberry town house in Great Ayton, North Yorkshire. The house was beautiful with lots of space and a really comfy lounge and a well laid out kitchen. Just a short walk into the village with all of the amenities you could want. We would definitely stay again.

Good location. Good quality bedding and towels. Plenty of hot water (important when 6 people all trying to get ready for a wedding)

The cottage was comfortable and had all the amenities listed. The village was a short walk away with shops, pubs and restaurants and there was plenty to do nearby. The only issue was the parking as it was on street and we sometimes had to park a little further from the cottage but not too far away. We also had to pay for damage insurance on top of the Airbnb payment.

Absolutely great accommodation. The place itself is spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, had everything we needed. Great ayton is a very nice area as well and is walking distance to shops and restaurants etc. very good value for money as well

It had the required number of bedrooms. It was also near where we needed to be. There was no parking which I wanted and asked for in my search. Parking was on the street but none was available. The bed linen and towels were stained. The upstairs bathroom sink and shower did not drain properly. The tea towels and oven gloves were dirty and mouldy. The floors were gritty. A week before our stay I was required to pay a deposit or a one off payment for damages even though the accommodation was quite costly. I kept getting emails telling me I had to report any damages and failure of not informing Host and Stay would incur more charges.
