Number 3 at Pannett Apartments

The location of the property is excellent and it was very clean. Every possible kitchen utensil is provided with lovely little touches like a bottle of milk in the fridge and a complimentary bottle of wine. Nothing to dislike apart from its self served so you don’t actually meet the owners. Obviously this is because it’s a company that owns many properties.

Fantastic stay, great location and everything you need in the apartment. Would definitely and would return.

Location perfect for a family? Lovely Pannett park opposite that in our 3 night stay we visited twice. Our kids said it was one of the best ?. Only a 10 min walk into town if that was ideal. Very clean. I Cound not get on with induction hob but that may just be me , and the apartment was very hot even with all the windows open, could realy do with some air-conditioning or extra fans.

The location and the facilities were great. The hosts were fab, we left 2 phone chargers and the posted them to us and even covered the costs of the postage.

Had a lovely few days here with very friendly helpful hosts. Walking distance of everything even with a 3 year old and baby. Apartment was spotless and beautiful. We all really enjoyed it and would definitely return. Parking on the road was hit and miss in busy kids holidays but we always managed to get somewhere walking distance! Thank you for having us :-)

Location was great and close to the town centre. We choose not to go for a B and B and the Flat had a great view over the park and all the facilities to cater for ourselves. The only downside was the typical British Weather so will most likely be back in the future Nothing the Host and Stay team were very helpful and helped me manage my stay and rectify I mistake I made on the dates we were staying.

The apartment was as nice as it looked in the pictures. It was spotlessly clean, nicely decorated, light and airy and very comfortable. A few tweaks would make things better for the next guests: the kitchen tap is so stiff that it's very hard not to get water all over your clothes! Also, the shower temperature setting did not work at all, it was far too hot and impossible to make cooler, thence not usable. The weather was very warm but I could not open the bedroom window - I think a stronger person might manage it. The kitchen chairs were extremely uncomfortable. I was also taken aback that an extra fee was added to ensure against damage - but was only informed after I had booked it, there should have been greater transparency. All in all though, it is a really nice apartment.

Only five minutes' walk from the town and the bus & railway stations. Very clean and tidy on arrival, and a comfortable flat as advertised. The wall between the two bedrooms is very thin.

Communication before, during and after the stay was great. The apartment was clean, cosy and warm. We'll equipped and well decorated. Felt relaxed as soon as I walked in. Easy arrangements for key collection which made it ok that we were a bit over the check in time. This is an extremely tiny thing that didn't make a difference to my enjoyment and impression of the apartment atall. I couldn't bring my own coffee plunger and it would have been super to have one, (it could be that I didn't see it in the cupboard) but shops and supermarkets so close and accessible for anything like that.

The apartment was perfect - easy walk into Whitby and even managed to find a parking spot - would definitely recommend.

Fantastic apartment only 5 mins walk from centre of Whitby. Clean and comfortable with all you need and just as described in description. We are a family of 4 with 2 young children and they loved the bunkbeds and the little balcony. Positioned nearby to a fantastic park with a huge playground - we couldn’t have wished for a better location. Host and Stay very helpful and responsive, we would highly recommend.

Clean modern apartment in a great location

Was nice & clean , welcoming. Loverly place to stay Wasn’t aware #3 was at the top floor, proved hard work with a 9month old and prams, luggage, bags etc.

The decor, layout, well equipped kitchen, powerful shower Parking was hit and miss, difficult to get parking next to the property, electric hob wasn’t working kept turning off, also only 4 towels for 5 people

Leuk ingericht, alles ziet er goed en netjes uit. En schoon! Niks, alles was prima ( nou ja het weer....;-))

Location was great Bathroom and kitchen facilities were excellent Main bed wasn’t the best small and uncomfortable. Cushions on the sofa could do with replacing they were grubby and stained.

Location was brilliant.clean. no wine like previous clients Stairs for my Dad.watch where u park on side road .called host and stay and was advised we could park there.got a parking fine ! Not happy . How many emails did i receive Dad's 91st and I had to keep sending emails

Great location next to the park less than ten minutes from Whitby centre

The apartment was cosy and the location was superb, close to the park with a great playground for our two year old. A bottle of red was a nice touch by the host.

Modern clean apartment Taps in bath don’t work properly. That was the only thing. Everything else was outstanding

The apartment has all the mod cons and great location. But it definitely feels like the little things that you get from a more personal touch are missing. Clearly Host and stay are all about the look and less about experience. The bedding was polyester and cheap and in an exceptional hot apartment made for awful nights sleep all the bedding g felt cheap like an after thought. No tea and coffee on arrival al which again is a little thing but it's the little things that make a place feel like value for money. Arriving after a long drive it's always nice to have a cup of tea and when you pay £500 for 3 nights. I don't think its too much to ask! The stairs are steep, with 3 flights and because it's top floor it was very hot. Yes it was clean with all the tech you should require, but for us I would have preferred good quality bedding, a decent nights sleep 4 chairs (one was broken and left out in the hall so 3 chairs for 4 people at dinner was a little annoying) and some completely te and coffee. Definitely a chain the personal touch is definitely missing.

Good location and very clean. Comfy beds and good WiFi for the kids. Well situated and close to a lovely park. Good space within the apartment itself. Only four towels for 5 guests. Don't know how hard it would be to have 5 towels? There should be one for each bed in the property. We requested an extra towel when we arrived and we received the extra one the afternoon before we came home. Also only three chairs at the table for 5. The chair outside the door of the apartment was broken as I discovered as I tried to sit on it. I guess most people don't eat in the house but we did. The taps on the bath spin round and need to be tightened up. There could definitely be a recycling bin in the apartment. And just to be aware apartment 3 is on the third floor so quite a lot of steps. Again not a problem for me and my kids but more difficult for my parents. The large blue bean bag in the lounge has a hole in so you couldn't sit on it because the filling came out. The small bean bags in the lounge were too flat even for my kids to sit on. They laid on their beds instead as there was not enough room on the sofa.

Relaxing

Nice, bright and clean apartment with everything you need for a few days. Great location - short walk to town through the beautiful Pennet Park across the road. Plenty of free parking nearby. Comfortable beds, fluffy towels and quiet bedrooms. We had booked the apartment for 3 people for 3 nights and we got 3 bags of tea and 3 coffee pods of which one was broken. Either supply tea/coffee or don't, but don't go half way like that, it just feels cheap.

The apartment is lovely and clean and only a few minutes away from all of the shops and restaurants. We had everything we needed for our stay and check in and out was very easy. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is in a great location roughly a 7 min walk from the town. It’s opposite a lovely park. The apartment has everything you need and is clean and modern.

Settee was rather uncomfortable. Majority of TV extras (Netflix and catch up TV) did not appear to be available as it required sign in

Lovely modern apartment in a great location. It was a real home from home and everything in Whitby was within a 10 minute walk. We would stay here again if we return to Whitby.

Very private, good location. Very accurately described. Duvets and pillows old and lumpy. Not a separate tumble drier. There was a washer dryer rather than a washing machine and tumble drier, I think this may be a problem with the way Booking.com lists facilities.

We visit Whitby often. Came across Pannett Apartments last minute and very glad we did. Excellent location, luckily managed to park outside. Straightforward check in, instantly felt like home. Absolutely spotless inside. Perfect for our girls 10 and 12. Picked up fish and chips, chilled out watching Netflix and playing cards. A wonderful mini break we’ll definitely return. I’m super fussy over cleanliness and bedding etc everything was pristine and very comfortable . Thank you

We've stayed at these apartments before and loved No 3 ....pannett....today I booked as I thought for next October 28th 2022.....I was so happy.....just received email from previous owner saying he doesn't have the apartments anymore but his site is still on ...... Absolutely gutted

Fantastic apartment 5 minutes walk into the centre of Whitby! The apartment was incredibly clean, with a great nautical theme! Our little boy especially loved the anchor theme bunk bed. All amenities included which was one less thing to consider! Great communication with check-in/check-out. Would definitely stay here again if coming back to Whitby!

We had a lovely stay at this apartment. The perfect place for us to stay. Our little boy loved it, especially his big boy bead! Very comfortable and clean. Great location, 10 min walk into town and only a 15 min drive to Robin Hoods Bay where we had a lovely day on the beach. Thanks for having us! Michelle

Really clean and well located place in Whitby. Had a bottle wine on arrival, which was a nice touch. Would stay there again!

Really nice flat within walking distance of the town centre and beach. The house was clean and had full utensils for cooking in. I also really like the touch of the electronic tablet for checking in and searching the local area for things to do. Parking was a little bit difficult, but there is a cliff side car park only 10mins up the hill that was £9 for 24 hours, so we felt a lot safer leaving our car there rather than on the street.

The apartment is comfortable, spacious and clean, with everything you might need. It’s in a good location across the road from Pannett Park and not far from the centre of Whitby. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

This was a perfect little apartment for a short break at the coast, everything had been thought of down to washing tablets for the dishwasher! Really clean and well kept. Nice additions like a games compendium, DAB radio and smart tv if you get any bad weather. The fabric on the dining chairs was well worn and one of the chair legs broken which we notified the property manager of but this didn’t affect our stay and we would stay again. Great location, thanks so much for the welcome bottle of wine!!

Whilst we didn't actually get to stay I felt a review of the service we received was in order. The booking was non-refundable without a fee, however due to the circumstances a full and complete refund was made. This coupled with great communication deserves a 5 * review in my opinion.
