The Cinder Track Hideaway

We loved it here and loved everything about this property. So many extra touches that made it very comfortable. The owner must truly value this apartment and it shows. Very clean, kitchen set up very well for some home cooked meals if desired. Nice views and an easy walk into Whitby. Designated parking spot, so never had to look for a park.<br/><br/>Was a bit tricky to locate so perhaps some instruction to turn right into Endurance Way and make your way around the back of Anchorage Way. The building is well labelled with the address which certainly helped.

Peaceful and good access to Whitby and the Moors.<br/><br/>Fridge hadn't been cleaned after last occupants. Dried milk residue on shelf.

The location was quiet and the view from the balcony was beautiful. The apartment was well equipped and it was clean & tidy. Ideal with a parking space out front. It was like a home from home! Super comfy beds too. The beach was about a 3 min drive & shops local. Will definitely return.

Was a lovely, well furnished apartment and in a great location for walking to the centre of Whitby. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely and clean with a well equipped kitchen . Great views<br/><br/>The key did not work to the rear entrance and there fire we did have to drag our luggage from where tye car was parked round to the other entrance . Not a big deal though . Also have never had to pay a non refundable damage waiver of £25 before ( this wasn’t even shown on the website originally but it has since been updated . We were only staying for 3 nights so did obviously add to the cost

It was a lovely apartment. I can not fault it in a way. Lovely location overlooking the cinder track. Very homely and comfortable. We will be definitely be visiting again ?<br/><br/>Nothing

The apartment was spotless.<br/>The kitchen was fully equipped.<br/>The lounge/diner had a comfy sofa, with two benches and a table for dining.<br/>The two bedrooms were well furnished.<br/>The location was very quiet.<br/>The view from the lounge when there was no fog was pretty good too!<br/><br/>Finding the apartment was tricky at the end.<br/>The beds were very firm!<br/>The blinds in the bedroom are not blackout blinds, a deal breaker in summer.

Very clean apartment and extremely well equipped. Smart TV. Excellent value. A good 15 minute walk into town which we didn't mind.<br/><br/>Mattress on double bed was a little hard, but not too bad.

Good location within a modern block of fairly new estate with own parking space. Overlooking the Cinder Track and green land. Rabbits seen playing outside in the morning. Host has a good selection of games, beach toys and some binoculars for guests to use. Quality contents, bedding, homeware etc. 10 mins walk into Whitby. 'Instagram' ready! Including huge mirror in the bedroom for selfies! Bottle of prosecco and chocolate biscuits gift.. how lovely. <br/>Host kindly leave dishwasher tablets and bin bags too.<br/><br/>Master bed very hard. Could do with some high ball glasses. Massive mirror in the bedroom... we're not into Instagram pictures!?

Thank you for a fantastic place to stay. It had everything we needed. Only a short walk into Whitby and the children enjoyed watching the wildlife. We loved the Quirky decor.

Modern bright, equipped with everything you need. Extra touches, like wine, chocolate, biscuits, tea, and coffee. Excellent walks, close by, 15-minute walk into Whitby. Spotlessly clean.<br/><br/>The double mattress was too hard, I am used to an orthopaedic mattress, which is firm, but this was another level. I slept on one of the single beds, which was a little better. It wouldn't stop me from going back, though. Everything else was brilliant.

Lovely homely feel. Lots already there which was great. Lots of bits of toys for younger children which was a lovely touch. Home from home feel. 10 minute walk to the town and harbour. We found a few routes to cut through the estate. Would go back and would recommend

The apartment is beautiful with everything we needed to make our stay home from home. First time in Whitby and what a wonderful experience its fantastic with really friendly locals.

Quiet location. Dedicated parking. Apt had all the facilities we needed.<br/><br/>Parking in Whitby a nightmare and expensive.

The Cinder Track Hideaway is a lovely, clean and modern apartment and we had a great stay there. The hosts have thought of everything! The views are spectacular. The welcome pack was a kind thought.
