Location<br/><br/>The fact another family had moved into our apartment when we got there. They said Host and stay told them they were in that room. <br/>Host and stay told us we went to the wrong one. Which we did not. The landlord told us to go somewhere where there weren't enough beds for us. <br/> Actually getting in the property and room. Was an absolute pain. The whole time we were there. You never knew if the doors would work at all. Door locks didn't work properly.<br/> The sofa was broken and we couldn't sit on it. Some of the furniture was caked thick in dust. The one fan in the property was trashed and broken. It was very hot at night. <br/>No one has hoovered under sofas in years. <br/>Being told I can't have check in details a few days before we arrive till I have paid a £25 damage waiver (for a 3 night stay). I knew nothing about. Was basically blackmail. It is a rip off. You can get annual cover for less.<br/>I will never ever use Host and stay properties again. Ever. They an basically scam artists. It was awful dealing with them.

Some areas needed hoovering but overall great apartment and great location. Modern and everything g we needed. Sofas could do with an upgrade and fans in bedrooms needed a change

I like the location of the place which is situated right in the middle of town.<br/><br/>Parking is very expensive and not too closed to where we are staying.

Great apartment in a great location. No nonsense instructions for access and very easy to find. Parking discs are available in the hallway for when unloading your belongings. I found a free parking space a short walk from the accommodation which was a bonus. I'd recommend staying here over a b&b as you can do as you please and there is plenty of space. 2 double beds and one single that is above one of the small doubles. Cooker, fridge pots, pans and iron and ironing board are in the kitchen area.

How convenient the location was. 2 minute walk to the front.<br/><br/>We stayed Friday and Saturday so obviously being peak drinking time, the little angels pub opposite had very loud music on until after midnight. Obviously it can’t be helped, but if you’re looking for an early night I don’t like the chances. <br/>Also, just a bit concerning that we came back at the same time as the neighbours and whilst I was going to the key press they said out loud the EXACT same number (this number was also the same as the door to our apartment) so it was slightly unsettling.

Lovely little weekend stay, enjoyed the short walks to the beach and tourist areas. We would return x

location is great. Place is beautiful. Perfect for our family of 4. Make me want to live in Whitby indefinitely ! :)

I liked the central location and that it could accommodate 3 adults and 2 children<br/><br/>I initially struggled to enter the property using the keypad and the lock box next to it failed to open. There was a pub opposite which played music till late keeping us all awake, after that it was people chatting in the street below despite the windows being closed. There was rubbish under our bed from previous guests and the triple sleeper was very small. I have one at home but this one was like sleeping in a coffin. The lounge /dining area was small and quite uncomfortable for the number of guests and needed a better layout to optimise space.

We loved the location. It was just so ideal. Close to everything with plenty of shops, pubs and eateries nearby. We loved how clean and tidy the apartment was. It has a real homely feel. We were surprised at how spacious the apartment was.<br/><br/>Not so much a dislike but there was no remote for the TV in the main bedroom. It didn't hinder or spoil our stay in any way.

the location was excellent and the apartment was clean and spacious . had almost everything needed could have done with a cheese grater but we managed. Beds comfy and a fan was very helpful in the living room. <br/>would defiantly stay here again if ever in Whitby.<br/><br/>the entry door instructions where a little complicated we arrived at same time as some other guests and they also struggled a lady from shop next door opened it from inside and explained how to get in. The tap to turn shower on and off was bit stiff. carpark was a bit of a hilly walk.

The apartment is done to a decent standard and is very centrally located.<br/><br/>There being no oven is annoying. Lack of parking is very inconvenient. The pub across the road is very noisy. The property had not been hoovered prior to our arrival.

Apartment was in a great location right in the centre of everything, beds were really comfy and bedrooms had everything you would need inside (fan, hanging space, mirrors, lots of towels, blackout curtains), living room/kitchen was a nice space and large bathroom. <br/>Lovely big windows with street lit up on a night with coloured lights and it was nice to sit and watch the artist in his gallery painting.<br/><br/>Only minor like shower mat in the bathroom (flooring was tiled so was very wet and slippy after shower) and would have been nice for tea/coffee, milk for arrival as some places do just to make it a bit special. The pub over the road does have live music on a weekend so is quite loud until midnight but wouldn’t stop us from coming back.

A lovely apartment in the heart of Whitby! It was so close to all the main strip but away enough to have some peace and quiet too! The apartment itself is a great size, it was clean and comfortable and had everything a family could of needed! I would definitely recommend and we would definitely stay here again!

No breakfast it was an appartment. Some milk etc was left for us which was a nice surprise<br/><br/>The keys and codes were difficult to do. Shame we couldn't check in earlier than 3pm and check out later than 10am.

Wonderfully clean, very well appointed, lovely decor, so close to all amenities & reasonably priced. Another bonus was the lovely comfy beds.

Fantastic location and nice clean space. Check the pub opposite for bands on the night you are staying as it is very loud until midnight on those nights. Aside from that, would highly recommend
