Lovely decorated apartment with plenty of room, went as 2 couples. In a previous review it says ventilation problem, both bathrooms end up with a lot of condensation, we did also struggle <br/>to get enough hot water to run a full bath. <br/>Constant messaging reminding you of departure time very over whelming, maybe <br/>because it is booked through a external agency. Overall this is a modern,clean,spacious and convenient apartment and would recommend.

An absolutely amazing stay! The property was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated, and check in was extremely easy. The property is very close to the centre of Whitby, where there is lots to do. Would definitely recommend and would stay again if back in Whitby! Thank you!

Excellent. The flat was clean and tidy, tasteful and with everything we needed. Very clear instructions made for easy access to the car park and flat itself whilst also being flexible. The flat is modern and furnished to a high standard, making it comfortable, easy to live in, and with plenty of space and all the facilities you need for any length of stay. It's located in a very quiet, secure block opposite Pannett Park so you're close to somewhere for a coffee (the museum cafe), and a short walk (10 minutes) into Whitby itself. Communication with the host was quick and comprehensive, including a very helpful online guidebook.

Had a great weekend away with friends, very clean & cosy. It had everything we needed (only a tea towel missing) but I should have remembered that. Not too far to walk into centre. Thanks for a great stay.

Fantastic property the accommodation has everything you need along with all the information you need the beds are so comfortable the lounge area is really comfortable. Love everything about this property.<br/><br/>Can’t say, I disliked anything, just a slight hiccup with host and stay in regards to paying damage fees, but it was soon resolved with very helpful and friendly staff

Stylish and very comfortable apartment with very useful car parking. Only a few minutes walk from the centre. Everything you need for a lovely stay in Whitby. Would highly recommend.

The apartment is spacious and equipped to a high standard. We had loads of room with everything we needed for our stay - the bed was very comfortable too! Although a little out of the town (10 mins up a hill), we enjoyed the close proximity to the park and fab museum on our doorstep. It was great to have parking provided too.<br/>The bathrooms are internal with no windows, plus the ventilation system didn’t appear to work in either so these do feel a bit dank in comparison to the rest of the property with some black mould in the en-suite. We also arrived during the end of a big storm and the property was pretty chilly whenever we left for any period, but there is an easy to use heating system.<br/>Dealing with an external agency (and needing to hand over a significant, refundable deposit before our stay), plus all the extra reminder messages about checking in, out or leaving reviews on top of the same comms from Airbnb was a bit much, but overall we had a great stay!

The location was good.<br/>Size of apartment.<br/>Parking space.<br/><br/>A layer of grease covered the whole of the kitchen and everything in it. The shower heads and flexible pipes were covered in black mould and gunk. One of the single beds in the 2nd bedroom springs had completely gone and so we had to sleep on top of a folded duvet. On arrival we found that the 2nd bedroom was made up at a kingsize instead of 2 singles as requested, though this was rectified quickly after a phone call and an email.

Great apartment with everything you could need and nicely decorated. Spacious layout for our family of four. The apartment block was safe and well maintained. Great walkable location within Whitby - through Pannett Park to the centre which was a gorgeous route. The outdoor terrace got the sun in the evening and the patio doors were great for that open, fresh air feeling. All the glasses, cups, plates etc were spotlessly clean (I always get frustrated at having to reclean them in most places). The communication from Host and Stay was brilliant - the app you use for info about the property during your stay was really stand out. I would definitely recommend this place and would rebook.

The apartment had everything we needed and more.<br/><br/>In a nice quiet location but only a short walk to the centre of Whitby.<br/><br/>My only criticism is that the bathrooms both smelled fusty. They were very clean but have a ventilation problem as they’re both internal rooms with no windows.

2 king size bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and all you could ask for in the open plan kitchen/diner/lounge. Comfy sofas and plenty of space. Would recommend if your party can manage the hill.

A really nice apartment with the bonus of private parking, opposite a lovely park and easy to walk to the town.

Stayed with two young children, and all in had a great stay. Very easy check in. Flat was very well equipped - we ate out, but you could easily cook full meals there. Really convenient location to walk into town and see all the main attractions. Just marked down slightly on communication - we’d booked in for a couple of nights and had an email on our first night reminding us that check-out was 10am the following morning! Also, the pictures show the second bedroom made up with twin beds, and during our stay, the beds had been joined together to make a double. Not an issue for us as our children just shared the bed, but under other circumstances might be a bit awkward, so just a word to the wise to request at time of booking if needed. Overall though, lovely stay and when we come back to Whitby, I’d be more than happy to book here again. Thank you!

breakfast not included. The apartment was very spacious and well designed. Cleaned to a high degree. I personally found the settee too deep for comfort but it looked good. Beds were large and comfortable. A good bonus was the secure nominated car space in the ground floor garage.<br/><br/>See comment about settee.

The size of the apartment was great and location just right.<br/><br/>The floor had dead dragonfly and bits of tissue paper also a cobweb with dead fly in over the patio doors, the bed mattress in the room with on suite was shot you hit the divan base on the righthand side. They charge £60 for cleaning yet we had the issues above. then send this message "To ensure the property is ready for the next guests, please vacate the <br/>property on your day of departure no later than 10am. We also request <br/>that you leave the property and its contents in a clean and tidy condition.". They also get you to buy waive insurance for damage yet the coffee table had multiple bits of damage one guest scratched they leg on one bit as the wicker stuck out. Door latch would not close and hold the door as it was loose.

The apartment was clean and nicely furnished. The kitchen was was well equipped and even had fresh milk waiting for us in the fridge. The bedrooms were lovely and one even had an en suite.<br/><br/>The only downside was the beds, not very comfortable and the pillows were a bit hard for our liking.

Attractively and comfortably furnished with plenty of bedroom storage space. The kitchen was well equipped and having supplies of cleaning materials was very much appreciated. The online guidebook for the property was very helpful.<br/><br/>The outside patio are sounded lovely but it is very overlooked and I can’t see when it gets any sun!

Good location to explore Whitby and area, very clean good amount of kitchen appliances.<br/><br/>The fan was very noisy in bedrooms but didn’t seem to be on in main bathroom. Carbon monoxide detector kept going off. Why is there a detector when all electric?

My mother and I really enjoyed our four night stay here. The apartment is exceptionally clean and well equipped. We really liked the layout of the place, as shown in the photos. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very eloquently designed and furnished. The location is just a couple of minutes drive from town or a short walk. It’s also very quiet, we never heard any noise from inside or outside of the building. Would definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting Whitby.

Amazing high end apartment, good size, great beds, real modern and fresh feeling. The underground parking was spot on and location was convenient, easy walk into the centre of Whitby within 10mins.
