The property visit
First things first, we need to see your property!
One of our expert team will come to meet you, so you can show us around and tell us a more about what you’re looking to achieve. It’s also a chance to see if we’re the right fit for each other – after all, we will be helping you to look after one of your most valuable assets.
Within 72 hours of our visit, you will receive a performance forecast which will provide you with our expected revenue, occupancy and running costs over the next four years, so you don’t have to work that out.
Optimising your pricing will be on a per night, per stay basis, to help encourage sales and keep advertised costs down.
When it comes to property details, we like to be thorough, so we have one or two checklists for you to complete at this point.
We don’t have lengthy contracts, but we do ask for a signature to make things official.
Cleaning and laundry service
Our in-house cleaning and laundry team will have a deep clean of your property and help to maintain the highest quality standards for the guests, great news – you don’t have to do it yourself!
Book your property photoshoot
We believe our property photography is what sets us apart from the masses of other holiday home listings. Once you’re booked in we can have your photos edited and ready for use within 72 hours.
Create a property listing
With the property details you supply, the information from our property visit, and the stunning professional images – we will create a property listing that will have the reader thinking they are already there.
Our copywriter will ensure your property’s key features are shown off in detail to attract sales.
Now for the exciting part. We push your property listing live on over 60 global platforms including our own Host & Stay website, Booking.com, Airbnb, TripAdvisor, HomeAway, Expedia and more.
