PRIZE
The promotion is a giveaway with 3 winners in total.
The giveaway opens on Monday 29th January 2024 at 00:01 and will run until 23:59 on Monday 12th February 2024, when it closes.
Entries must be received during the times and dates above. Any entries received before or after this time and date will not be accepted.
To enter the giveaway you complete the submission form telling us who your Host & Stay Hero is and why.
Multiple submissions per participant will be accepted.
The prize is for a stay up to the value of £1000.
The prize does not include travel, or any other expenses connected with the accommodation. The prize is subject to the Host & Stay Booking Conditions.
The accommodation is subject to availability at the time of booking.
The winner must contact us and confirm acceptance of the prize within six days of receiving the notification that they have won. If a winner fails to accept the prize within this time, a new winner will be selected and announced on the seventh day.
The winner must make the booking of the prize accommodation within 12 months of being notified of being the winner.
The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative is available. The promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of similar value should the prize become unavailable for any reason.
During the nominee receiving the prize, the nominees and nominators will be filmed. By entering, you consent to taking part in this content and allowing the promotor to use the content for future marketing purposes.

Employees of Host & Stay and their agents and families are not permitted to enter.
The promoter will not be responsible for any entries that are not received for any reason, by the competition closing date, whether lost, delayed, corrupted or otherwise, and whether or not due to any technical difficulties or malfunctions or any other reasons. Proof of delivery is not proof of receipt.
Any incomplete, offensive, or illegible submissions will be considered void and not counted. The promoter’s decision is final, and correspondence will not be entered into. The promoter reserves the right to withdraw, extend or amend the competition at any time.
The giveaway is governed by English law and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising in connection with it.
