I thought it only right to leave a review as the last couple of reviews on here for this property weren't that positive. And I nearly didn't book because of them. Happy to report the cleanliness was fine. Quaint cottage with four bedrooms and a medium sized kitchen / lounge area. It isn't a vast property, but bedrooms were all fine. 4 proper bedrooms. The single room the smallest and the others a reasonable size. Based at the edge of the village. Not really a table and chairs to eat at, but I think this is fairly reflected in the price that is charged. The lounge is a nice place to sit with the fire burning.

An idyllic spot in the Norfolk countryside, ideally situated for coast and country and the Norfolk broads. Sitting by the wood burner in the evening was cosy and relaxing. Lovely bathroom with piping hot water!

The house itself was lovely but it was very grubby. Bathroom constantly infested with ants throughout the stay . Fridge very dirty. Bins full of rubbish. Disappointed with responses from Norfolk Properties.

This place could be great - but it needs lots of maintenance. It was also filthy when we arrived.

Lovely spacious home with lots of space to holiday with extended family and all you might need for a comfortable stay. Great garden for children to play in. Beautiful quiet garden in rural setting with easy access to all that north Norfolk has to offer. Really enjoyed our stay.

A lovely four night stay. 4 adults and 3 children. The home is exactly as it is in the photos. Comfortable beds, lovely towels, clean and tidy. Good size garden which if the weather is nice is a real highlight! There is a fabulous summer house perfect to read your book with a cuppa. Check in and out was easy. There is a small welcome / starter pack including washing up liquid, tea towels, sponge, bin bags and a couple of dishwasher tablets etc. There is also a tea and coffee in the kitchen as well as tin foil, cling film etc. plenty of dishes. Bring some wood as the log burner is a real treat :) Lovely location, very peaceful. Tesco is a 10 minute drive in the beautiful town of Alysham. Lots of independent bakeries / butchers and a gorgeous bookshop next to a tea room. When we had a problem the 24hr team were able to resolve it within a couple of hours! Thank you. Easy parking at the property. Would recommend as a peaceful gateway near Norwich.

The lovely location and number of bedrooms/bathrooms and the fact it had private parking. Some of the appliances eg kettle had seen better days. Areas of worktops & fridge door felt ‘sticky’ as if not cleaned properly and on closing lounge curtains on the first evening they were infested with small insects within the curtain folds. Garden area also seemed a bit unkempt. However the bedrooms, bedding and bathrooms were all very clean and the beds very comfortable.

We had a lovely stay with friends over the Easter long weekend. The house was easy to find and access, and located in a picturesque location on the edge of the village. The house itself was warm and comfortable, with plenty of space for 7 people. Hosts were communicable and friendly, and really responsive over the weekend if we needed anything too which was appreciated.

No starter pack  there on arrival as promised. This was resolved quickly however it was a pain to have to go back out and get toilet roll, washing up liquid etc on our first night - When we arrived the house was generally untidy and unclean: - dirty floor which we had to hoover - cobwebs all over the ceiling - no matress protectors on double beds. - no pillow cases for spare pillows - dead flies in the conservatory and dirty window sils - kitchen needed wiping down, pots left in the dishwasher and draining board, cupboards are dirty - bathrooms weren't cleaned round the basin or in the shower - The oven was very dirty and greasy we couldn't use it to cook in because it smelt so bad when heated up - only 1 tea towel to use for a week -The bins outside were overflowing when we arrived so we had no where to put our rubbish

We stayed at Woodfalls Barn, Tuttington. It was a great house sleeping up to 7 with 2 bathroom facilities. Bedroom locations was great for our family . Quiet location but within easy reach of lots of beautiful beaches and places to visit. Would recommend getting a food delivery shop. Would definitely recommend this property.

Upon arrival we felt right at home, beautiful place and peaceful surroundings. Only had a week here with grown up members of our family, only adults in total but had loads of room and privacy. Ideally located to visit most major attractions in Norfolk. Lots of country gastro pubs which serve “ordinary pub” fare too and portion sizes are HUGE and extremely reasonable in price. Host very proactive and gave clear and precise book in/out info plus a folder within the property with local recommendations. Highly recommended. We are definitely booking for next year for sure.

Woodfalls Barn was a cosy and pleasant home away from home for our family. We enjoyed the beautiful drives to many seaside villages and attractions, the Broads, as well as peaceful walks and sunsets right in Tuttington. The “barn” was clean and pretty and we very much enjoyed the wood burner on chilly evenings. We were sad to leave at the end of our month! We reported a slow drain and a mishap with a mirror when we arrived and a repair man was there on the doorstep right away. Very responsive host and we would absolutely love to stay here again in future!

We had a wonderful stay at Woodfalls Barn. A lovely, comfortable cottage and an excellent base to go exploring both the North Norfolk coast and the Broads. The recommendations of local pubs and restaurants were great and we had a delicious meal just down the road. The house was exactly as described and easy to find. Norfolk Holiday Properties were helpful and responsive and all went very smoothly with our stay.

Lovely stay at the cottage, all on the ground level which was great for our less mobile family members. Would have been even better if the garden was enclosed but a beautiful and peaceful area and the children still enjoyed playing outside

Fabulous location and great property to be away from it all but also within travelling distance to plenty of attractions. The property was exactly as listed and a really smooth check in. The lay out made it easy to be able to cook whilst still being able to chat and the kitchen was very well equipped for meals and great to be able to either sit outside or in the conservatory. Again the conservatory was a great place for games in the evening. We loved the tractors and combine harvesters busy throughout the day with plenty of waves and the quietness of the evening listening to the local wildlife. Great garden as well for ball games. Fabulous property for an amazing holiday!!
