Nation Way Retreat is ideally located in the heart of Liverpool city centre - all the city's attractions and amenities are within easy reach! Featuring a modern design and an open-plan layout, this stylish studio apartment accommodates up to four guests with a comfortable double bed and a sofa that converts into a double bed. The apartment is fully equipped with a kitchen, a dining table, and a cosy living area, making it the perfect base for exploring Liverpool or for your business trips.
The Space
Featuring a modern design throughout, Nation Way Retreat is both cosy and welcoming, with its white interior complemented by beautiful wood flooring.
Upon entering, you’ll find a double bed subtly separated by a partial wall, offering a touch of privacy within the open-plan layout. A desk is conveniently placed nearby, creating a laptop-friendly setup ideal for work or study.
The bathroom is located adjacent to the sleeping area and is fitted with a WC, a sink, and an overhead shower in a separate cubicle. Its bright white interior ensures a sparkling clean look, and it also features an accessibility rail, making it suitable for all guests.
The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area is another inviting space, complete with a comfortable blue sofa bed that sleeps up to two guests, a Smart TV for streaming your favourite apps, and a fully equipped kitchen featuring a hob, oven, and microwave. Tesco and Home Bargains are just a short walk away, but if cooking doesn't tickle your fancy, a variety of fantastic restaurants are within easy reach.
The dining table is perfectly positioned by a floor-to-ceiling window, offering lovely views of the city while you enjoy your meals.
A washing machine is also provided for your convenience.

Neighborhood
Nation Way Retreat is perfectly situated near Liverpool’s vibrant nightlife district and close to the historic Jacaranda venue, where The Beatles first played even before gaining their fame – how exciting is that? Not to mention Wreckfish Bistro, one of our favourite fine dining spots in Liverpool!
The property is just a short walk from major attractions such as the Bombed Out Church and the magnificent Liverpool Cathedral, which is the fourth-largest church in the world.
Liverpool ONE and the iconic waterfront are both within a 5-minute walk, offering an array of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options.
Bold Place and Duke Street are just around the corner, bustling with food stalls, unique shops, cosy cafes, diverse restaurants, and lively pubs.
Mathew Street, home to some of Liverpool’s best bars including the iconic Cavern Club where The Beatles played, is only a 10-minute walk away. Castle Street is also nearby, around a 12-minute stroll, where you’ll find stunning views of the Town Hall and the Royal Liver Building, along with fantastic dining options like Rudy’s Pizza.
Please note that Kazimier Garden is located near the property and closes at 11:30 pm on weekdays and 1 am on weekends, so there may be some background noise during these times.
The apartment building is quiet and only has a handful of quiet and respectful neighbours. We ask that all guests are the same back.
Getting Around
If you're exploring the city centre - you are already within walking distance of everything! However, if you're venturing out of the city centre there are plenty of bus stops within a few minutes walk. Liverpool Central train station is just around the corner. The main Liverpool One bus station, a hub for all the National express and Megabus is within 10 minutes walk away.
Taxis are also a comfortable choice on rainy days or if guests prefer a speedy trip to and from town and usually cost under £10.
If you're feeling a little adventurous you can also take one of the city's Electric Scooters to get you around town!
Guests have access to the full apartment. The keys to the property is securely stored via a Keynest shop and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.
Please be aware that whilst the building does have a lift, we cannot be held responsible if this does not work during your stay - this has not happened yet, but we do need to make guests aware.
One well behaved dog is welcome to stay at the property.
Other Things to Note:
The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.
We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.
The check in time is 3pm and check out is 10am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.
Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.
Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items.
Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.
