Loved the location, decor and little touches like the welcome packs and dog towels. The fridge could really do with being full sized. We filled it with groceries and it wasn’t cool enough which meant we had to throw a lot of food away.

Property was easy to find and access. Nicely decorated and had all essential items. We had some issues with the TV with accessing the freeview but just used apps to stream live TV. Local shop was in walking distance and childrens play park but found we had to drive for nice restaurants etc. Overall very impressed with the property and the hosts made it very easy and welcoming with a lovely welcoming gift. Would definitely use this host again!

It was clean; smaller than it looks in the photos but maintained. 1. They ask you for damage deposit, we choose the non refundable option of £25; overall the house costed us more than £500 which was quite unfair price for a small town like Loftus. 2. House and rooms were small, again compared to the price I would have paid around £300 for such a property. 3. The staff was rude, kept messaging a day before and also in the morning to vacate the property by 10; cleaners will promptly arrive; it sounded as if someone pushing you out and someone mentioned we have strict policies. Also I saw the cleaner arriving exactly at 10am. Between the check out time 10am and check-in time 4pm you have 6 hours to clean and arrange the property. So please don't tell us how prompt people need to be. We're very punctual ppl but we haven't seen such a behaviour before.

We stayed here over the Christmas holidays and had a wonderful time. The place is exactly as it is pictured in the photos and was extremely clean and tidy. The host provided detailed instructions which we greatly appreciated. The areas of Redcar, Saltburn and Whitby are all easily and quickly reached from this home, which was on a very quiet cul-de-sac style street. Parking was fantastic with space enough for two vehicles on the driveway. My kids appreciated the fact that the TVs were smart TVs so they could watch and stream all their shows. The kitchen was well stocked with all the items you would ever need. Beds were super comfortable and bedrooms were quiet and cosy. We loved that you could close off the dining room area and get cosy in the living room on a night. The addition of a tranquil and tidy backyard also meant our dog could have a place to stretch her legs when needed. Overall highly recommend this place as it was fantastic value for money. Would stay again! Cheers!

A beautifully decorated, immaculate, cosy house. The owners have thought of everything, pots, pans, crockery all good quality. Everything you would need on a stay. Soft furnishing were beautiful, comfortable beds and lovely bed linen. Comprehensive information booklet full of suggestions of things to see, do and places to eat & visit. Complimentary G&T & crisps a nice thought, as was the smellies in the bathroom. Lovely conservatory & garden with seating area & a lockable gate to the playing field if you have a dog (there was also a supply of poo bags too). A lovely stay in a lovely place. I’ll be back

Lovely place to stay , it’s been completed to a very high standard, comfortable beds and down stair furniture was really high quality. Kitchen was very equipped with lovely table ware and everything you needed. Loftus a little quiet for our liking, we spent most of our time visiting Saltburn.

Such a lovely place to stay. The house is immaculate but homely with a lovely garden to sit outside. It also backs on to a field and there is a gate to the field from the garden so you can either walk a dog or let the kids go and play whilst you sit in the garden with a glass of wine. It's in a beautiful area with lots to see and do. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and are looking at when we can go back.
