Apartment 007

The Space
Apartment 007 is beautifully designed with white interiors, complemented by additional pops of colour from its modern furnishings. The building itself is a converted terracotta clay mill with original stained glass and original staircases so the property is rich with history.

Upon entry, you will find the bathroom on the left-hand side which includes a WC, a wash basin, and a bathtub with a shower overhead.

Next up is the open plan living, dining, and kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to feel at home, including a hob, oven, microwave, kettle, refrigerator, toaster, and more. For added convenience, there is also a washing machine.

The living area features a comfortable sofa that comfortably seats all guests and is ideally positioned in front of the TV for unwinding after a busy day.

Apartment 007 also features two double bedrooms. The first bedroom has a minimalist look with white furnishings, including a chest of drawers and a wardrobe, beautifully complemented by blue and orange hues on the bed and simple, elegant wall prints.

The second bedroom also features white furniture with a subtle touch of colour from the bed cushions.

Apartment 007 is perfectly suited for weekend getaways and corporate stays.

For this reason, we require all our guests to transfer a Damage Deposit (refundable, subject to an administration charge) or to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.

Getting Around
The neighbourhood is well connected, with excellent public transport links such as the Manchester Metrolink, making it easy to explore iconic landmarks such as the Manchester Cathedral, the Science and Industry Museum, and the world-famous Old Trafford Stadium.

Manchester Piccadilly is the city’s main train station and has routes operating to locations across the UK including Birmingham, Bristol, Cardiff, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds, Liverpool and London.

In addition to Manchester Metrolink, the city’s bus services also make getting around Manchester a simple process.

Manchester Airport is 12 miles outside the city centre and can be reached within minutes via rail and the Metrolink system.
