Good location near city centre. Handy Tesco, Chinese and decent pubs/eateries. Garden handy for our dogs late night 'airing'. Nothing!

No breakfast included but the location was nice enough. Walking distance to the city centre and a small parking space that was very handy. The house was cosy and nice. Very good for a home away from home experience. I would stay again. The cleangliness of the property could be better but it wasn't bad. There were cob webs in various corners of the property. There were builders working in a house close by andd they kept parking in front of my car ( Garage entrance on the pavemene) and they were blocking me in making it unconfortable to ask them to move their vvan so I could get out. That is not the properties fault though.

Close to City & Family. A parking space. Enclosed front garden. Kitchen clean & cute toilet roll display in bathroom. Comfortable bed with lovely smelling sheets. A home from home. Would want to stay again but .. I have a small car & over-hung the driveway by a couple of inches. Was concerned the whole stay that I might still get a ticket (permit parking area). Owner needs to raise the garage door so cars can fit on driveway ?? Didn’t realise that Garden is to the front only, so my dog was concerned by every passer-by. Also, no corkscrew.

Top marks for the hosts, cleanliness, value, and - most of all - location. Pubs, pharmacy, corner stores were all so close you could walk there fresh from the shower clad in only a bath towel. We'll test this theory next time though. Same goes for the Chinese takeaway that's almost nextdoor (pork chow mein was fab). Sainsburys was a bit further but only 10-15 mins each way, and it's the size of a football pitch inside so worth the walk if you need something specific. The neighbourhood was very mixed age and very friendly, locals all seemed cheerful and approachable, and the two parks nearby were lovely to sprawl in with an evening beer in the sunshine. Dog owners picked up their poo. Check out the quiz night at the Coach & Horses too - trying to throw darts in the bonus round after a couple of shots that looked suspiciously like calamine lotion would likely pucker the sphincter of an insurance adjuster but the landlady and locals were equal parts hospitable and entertaining. Nobody was inadvertently blinded or skewered, and we finished in second place one of the two times we attended. Marks & Spencer, the Norwich Theatre Royal, and Chapelfield Gardens weren't much further away, which was critical for mid-morning trips to eat our own bodyweight at Cafe 33 in the Park. Food and service are brilliant there, and loads of playground equipment to keep kids amused. We caught a music soiree one afternoon at the bandstand too. Cottage itself was cute, clean, and moderately well appointed. The TV survived us hurling abuse at the refs for the whole Euros 2024 (except the England matches - those were all in local pubs) and I guess the walls were thick enough that the neighbours didn't think someone was filming a reboot of "The Exorcist". We'd use this property again, and would try out any others from the same hosts. It's not the most well-equipped place we've stayed at. Only one pint glass for the whole house and teeny coffee mugs meant we splashed out on one of Norwich's charity shops (the dizzy heights!) to supplement the glassware and the tea towels. Saucepans and frying pans were a little worse for wear too, and the lounge rug/carpet could probably use an annual stain removal. The bathroom is one of those small ones that gets steamy fast, and the lack of a full-size shower curtain/screen means that unless you're Warwick Davis with scleroderma you can expect even the loo seat to be dripping with water by the time you're done washing your hair. It was summer when we stayed so the bathroom window was open a lot, which meant we couldn't have the light on at night time or every neighbourhood moth and daddy-long-legs would be staking a claim to the entire wall space by morning. Opening the bathroom door to help the place dry out set off the smoke alarm on the landing ceiling. But these were only tiny things - we'd say the experience was over 90% good. Be warned: rubbish and recycling are on a two-week rota, and they come early Thursday morning so if you miss it the bins can fill up fast.

The accommodation in located in the golden triangle within a 10min walk of the city centre. The interior is much nicer than the exterior and a nice surprise. The space is compact but not cramped The only thing missing for supplies was a cork screw. Little bit dusty in some spots upstairs and the off road parking is a little tight if you have more than a compact car.

Well-equipped accommodation in perfect location - easy walk to the historic town and very quiet neighbourhood. Nice to have good pubs, cafes and an organic bakery just around the corner! Parking space was a bonus.

Nice and quiet little cottage in a great location 10 mins walk from centre, market and pubs and from a park. All facilities worked perfectly and really handy to have our own parking space, which was the perfect size for our fiesta. Overall the cottage was clean enough but there was a thick layer of dust everywhere. There was no instruction on how to switch the towel radiator on so the bathroom was always cold

A pleasant compact 1 bedroom flat. Main concern was duvet which was too thin and not big enough, so we were cold at night. A new better duvet is essential in my view

Not the quietest of locations, but extremely convenient for pubs/food/groceries, and it's a short walk (or bus ride) into town.

The location is brilliant, just some 10 minutes off the city centre. Sat Nav might tend to mislead you, so you need to be rather alert once you reach Cambridge street. The door codes are emailed to you a day prior to arrival, wifi codes are present inside the property. So check in is very flexible. The property has a tiny, well kept garden. A conservatory leads to a living-dining room which is flanked by a kitchen (which too leads to the garden). The property is very clean and neat. It seems to be well maintained. Upstairs, you have a decent sized, well lit bedroom and a bathroom. The host provides most of what is needed in a real house- right up to some of the food items. The property is dog friendly!!!! There's a massive park a few minutes walk away. There're plenty of shops near it or in Unthank road or in the city centre. There're plenty of pubs and restaurants nearby. Off street parking is available near the property with enough space for a normal sized car (cars up to size of Mercedes GLCs can fit in without much trouble... a land rover defender/Mercedes GLE may not). Professional recent remodeling of the accommodation provides a strong contrast between the outside (not great) and the inside (excellent). Even the color palette is impressive.

perfect for our shopping & visiting family weekend, the parking space seems larger than described - we parked a landrover freelander, it did hang over onto the pavement but didn't seem to cause any problems for anyone.

Great wee place perfect for 2 guest perhaps up to four for a short stay. Location is good (10min walk to the centre). Very responsive host. The place was very clean with some essentials when we arrived. Bathroom is fairly small but not an issue for us.

Lovely place! It was clean, tidy and perfectly situated to give access to the city. It had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The car parking space was excellent as parking can often be tricky around Norwich- it was big enough for our Ford Fiesta. Ive rated only 4/5 rather than 5/5 only because we had issues with the Internet and had to use our mobile data instead as it couldn't be fixed during our stay.

The location is really great, although being not far from the center of the city, it was so quiet on both Saturday and Sunday mornings, we were enjoying our long morning sleep which we appreciated so much. The apartment was beautiful, clean, cozy and well equipped and it was really pleasant to stay there. We found the keycode access to be absolutely comfy - no fuss with key collection whenever you arrive. We received the warning about the size of the parking space, but our Arona fitted almost perfectly in there, be cautious though if your car is any longer - it will be most likely sticking out through the very narrow pavement to the traffic way.

My wife and I visited Norwich as tourists, staying for 4 nights in September 2022. One week before our vacation, our original AirBnb had to cancel and we thankfully found that Corner Cottage was free. In making our choice, key selling-points were the parking, it having a kitchen and the easy walk into the city. Communication, when booking, was straight-forward: Norfolk Holiday Properties responded promptly each time and provided all relevant info in advance. On arrival the sat-nav got us to the correct location using the postcode, and we carefully checked the street numbers to get the right house. The parking space is small but was perfectly adequate for a 2008 Ford Fiesta, that saw the front of the car exceed the drive and just overhang part of the footpath. The house looks exactly as pictured. There was a large fridge and a well-equipped kitchen. When cooking a pizza, we found a tray, tinfoil and oven-gloves too. One pan needed a clean but this was the exception, with the flat being clean throughout. The living room was nice for watching TV and also sitting with our laptop to browse tourist destinations. Upstairs, the bathroom was small but pleasant and fully functional. The bed in the bedroom was reasonably cosy. Maybe in summer we would want to see curtains as well as blinds - we are sensitive to daylight - but in September there was no issue for us. The house was at a cross-roads but with next to no noise at night. Relatively nearby, there are good local shops, take-aways and various pubs. Walking into town took about 15 minutes, maybe 20 minutes if walking slowly. Overall, this problem free vacation with all the comforts of home was exactly what we needed. I would certainly consider staying again if in Norwich and can strongly recommend this property.

The cottage was even more lovely than in the pictures — especially because the immaculate little front garden was bursting with flowers! Massive bonus for me that the cottage is dog-friendly, with prior permission. There is a lovely park 2-minutes away, and we also really enjoyed walks in gorgeous Chapelfield Gardens. The neighbourhood is lovely, and there is so much within easy walking distance.

This is a well-equipped house, just right for two people, and the cottage-style garden is a delight (it's a front garden, but we felt quite comfortable sitting out there).
