With stylish and contemporary interiors throughout, you can expect a truly magnificent stay at Faversham Studio. You’ll have exclusive use of the studio during your stay which includes an open plan kitchen, living and dining area, a king bedroom and a shower room.

With a vaulted ceiling, exposed beams and limewash walls, the open plan living area has a striking look. Light floods in from the huge windows to create an airy feel. Cosy up on the sofa and turn on the flat screen or kick back with a good book.

In keeping with the style of the studio, the kitchen is minimalist in design with wooden cabinets and black hardware. The dining area includes a black table with olive green and wood dining chairs.

The barn door opens into the bedroom which boasts a comfortable queen bed. Tall windows frame the bed to create a bold look and a warm colour scheme creates a homely feel.

Ultra sleek, the shower room has dark terrazzo tiles and antique copper hardware. High ceilings and exposed beams help to create a show-stopping look.

Step outside onto the private balcony and enjoy some al-fresco drinks with your loved one.

Neighborhood
Ramsgate is a coastal gem within the district of Thanet in the county of Kent. What sets it apart is its unique distinction as the only Royal Harbour in the United Kingdom. The Royal harbour showcases a marina filled with yachts and radiates a continental charm.

You can find brilliant walking trails from the busy port to the stunning cliffs. Why not walk the coastal path to Broadstairs or take the incredible Saxon Shore Way route to Pegwell Bay Country Park. If you are really into your adventures, try cycling around the coastline or even canoe!

Make unforgettable memories and hop on a boat to an active seal colony inside a National Nature Reserve. Here you can see over 30 of seals swim and flap around on the shore, as well as a great range of migrating birds. Don’t forget to bring your camera and capture some brilliant photos you can treasure forever!

For a more relaxed experience, stroll around Ramsgate’s artisan and boutique shops or take a slow walk along the award-winning golden beaches. After your finished, end your day watching the sun set in one of the pubs lined along the harbour…

Getting Around
If you are planning on staying in Ramsgate during your stay, most things will be within walking distance.

Ramsgate rail station is a 15-minute walk from Faversham Studio with regular routes to London and Margate.

The nearby towns of Dover, Whitstable and Margate can be reached via car under 35 minutes so Kent can be explored easily. The beautiful town of Broadstairs is a short 10-minute drive away too!

If you’re looking to explore via bus during your stay, Ramsgate is serviced by ‘The Loop’ which is operated by Stagecoach. This runs every 8-10 minutes 7 days a week and connects Margate, Broadstairs and Ramsgate. You can also hop on the number 8 which travels to nearby Canterbury.

Location and parking

Bit more cleanses on the outside and cobwebs removed in the inside

Easy to find property. Within easy walking distance of relatives we were visiting

The settee was not comfortable. It's unfortunate that the near area is rather rundown and can be noisy at night.
Parking space at property was fine, but the alleyway leading to it was not always clear

The bed was comfortable and when we left the property.

Unhelpful customer service. A few problems with the accommodation. No WiFi and we're still waiting after three weeks for our £240 deposit refund, even after making several phone calls.

The apartment was lovely, but unfortunately, we had no WiFi or television throughout our stay, and the hosts were unhelpful in resolving the issue. Additionally, the garden door wouldn't lock and could be easily accessed from the main entrance, which left us feeling quite unsafe.

The location was awful

There was nothing like able about the whole experience, it was dirty full off dust, and cob webbs. No where to put anything, it was so spartan with bear plaster walls that was giving of harmful dust that made us both quite ill, the floors was rough concrete with floor paint over. The apartment wasn't very well thought out and not fit for human habitation the emersion heater for the hot water is wired dangerously using a 13amp plug which is burning. We have lots of photographic evidence, we had no WiFi which made it extremely difficult to contact anybody, we contacted Host and Stay but they did nothing. We will be taking it further.

A nice modern studio, nicely furnished and in a quiet location tucked away of the street.

The wine glasses were dirty, covered in like a film of grease. We had to wash them befor we could use them. The dishwasher was dirty - food remnants in the bottom. Looking out to the back of flats.

I didn’t actually get to stay in the apartment due to a family emergency and upon requesting to change dates I was told to contact air bnb as you can imagine in a family emergency I didn’t have the chance to even breathe myself let alone contact air bnb. I then requested a fair refund not of the whole amount but a partial amount as I didn’t stay in the apartment but still thought I should leave them with some money as I know it was last minute I was then declined this and had the most inconsiderate response. I think If they actually looked into it they would see I didn’t stay.

Visually very nice

Lots of cobwebs. Had a smell of must/damp. The instructions for retrieving keys weren’t clear and we wasted a few hours trying to locate the property. (It was behind the address we were sent to)

It is misleading to say that the property is close to the seafront. It was in reality a good 15 mins walk from the sea.
It was very difficult to operate the front door lock when we arrived as the lock was very hard to understand initially.
We were very frustrated by the verification procedure which assumed we had good IT knowledge. Also the damage deposit of £53.50 non-returnable or £250 returnable after 14 days, demanded by the rental company, is unreasonable.

Beautifully decorated studio. Clear and helpful communication and instructions from the host.
It is located in a courtyard that can be quite noisy with children playing and cars coming in and out at night were a bit of a disturbance.
It’s about a 20 minute walk from the seafront which we didn’t mind but one to bear in mind if you want to be closer.
But all in all we had a lovely stay!

The apartment itself was very nicely designed and refurbished. There’s not much in the surrounding area and you have to walk a good 20mins for any cafe or restaurant.
The host was not always precise in their responses and sent automated messages instead of answering our specific questions.
But the apartment and amenities were very nice.

My partner, our dog, and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Faversham Studio in Ramsgate, and it was an absolute delight! Blue Fox, the host, was fantastic, providing us with clear instructions and making the whole experience seamless from start to finish. Checking in and out of the studio was easy. The studio itself was everything we hoped for and more. As described, it was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen and living space were well-appointed, offering us all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The studio looked even better in person than in the photos! We were truly impressed by the attention to detail and interior design - the bathroom is a show stopper too!
Thanks for a lovely stay, we'd highly recommend!

A hidden gem! A short drive from Ramsgate beaches and Margate, with a private garden that gets the afternoon sun. A light and airy place, great standard of utensils and cooking equipment, clean and comfy with all the things you need. Fast WiFi! Would highly recommend. Local shops are Londis and Coop with a Waitrose within 10mins walk. Big fridge and freezer for home cooking, my dog also loved it!

Unfortunately the agency /owner was unaware we were coming despite multiple emails from them so the place wasn’t cleaned before we arrived.
