We left a day early which I think says it all. Arrived on a Friday, check in was fine and the property is lovely but too many issues with what should be available and wasn't. On the Friday night, we cooked. There is no cling film, kitchen foil, tea towels or oven glove. The oven is also very hard to work out with no instructions whatsoever. The extractor does not work, no light, nothing. I reported the lack of tea towels and oven gloves, Saturday morning (had also been mentioned in a previous review). The response was that they should be there, this was never resolved. TV - we had no working TV throughout as there was no signal (had also been mentioned in a previous review) Shower is tiny. There are no hooks to put a towel or anything so everything gets wet. Fridge has an ice machine but ice machine doesn't work. I reported the TV Sat morning but didn't receive a reply until 23:30 & but this timw we had decided to leave. I have been offered no refund.

Really enjoyed our stay at Saltburn, lovely little coastal town. The property was nice and clean with clear instructions to get in. Inside it was how described and decorated to make feel like a home. Only down side was the size of the shower, it’s very small and not much room. If you was on the larger size you would struggle to get in. And only other recommendations is to have a high chair available for the younger people in the family. Apart from that would highly recommend and will use this property again if we return to saltburn in the future

house was larger than we expected....plenty of room for 2 adults and 3 kids and 3 dogs. kitchen well equipped. plenty of towels and clean bedding. plenty of seating in dining room and living room......well set out. Garden a little bit small if you have large dogs....but great for sitting out on an evening. beds extremely comfortable.....good sized bedrooms. bathroom is modern.....but if you're over 6 feet tall and rugby type build, then the shower is very small....but it does the job. electric keypad on front door is good when you you get used to it. TV....couldn't find freeview channels.....so make sure you take a firestick or know your Netflix etc logins. Parking is on street and generally plenty of spaces. Town centre only a few minutes walk for amenities. Could do with a mop and bucket for cleaning floors prior to leaving....but a hoover is provided. All in all it was a great stay and would seriously recommend this place.Would definitely book again. Thank you from us all.

Location excellent. Kitchen well equipped and furnishings good apart from dining benches. I personally didn’t like the dining seating as it was uncomfortable and not very convenient for young children.

We had a great time. Saltburn is small but full of character. The house was in a good location, easy to walk into town. There’s lots to do in the area, we’d recommend walking to Redcar, visiting Staithes and Robin Hoods Bay. Don’t wave your hand on the keypad when entering the house, hold your palm on it and the numbers illuminate. Defo needs a tea towel and oven glove! We ended up buying tea towels. Also the shower is built for small children. Don’t drop anything in it whilst using it, or you might wedge yourself in! Dining area in the house is fab, enormous tv, really comfy beds etc

A nicely presented property on a quiet residential street. The electronic entry was tricky to figure out at first as the instructions were not that clear. Lock also stopped working towards the end of our holiday. Bedrooms are very comfortable and the main bedroom had an amazingly large and comfy bed. Bedrooms need curtains or blackout blinds though as the slatted blinds do not keep out any light in the mornings. Adding curtains would make the bedrooms perfect. Good amenities, although would have expected more than one bin bag. All appliances are new and modern. Lovely to have a little courtyard, seating area outside. Sofa very big and very comfortable. Good size TV and lovely addition having one in the kids room, along with an XBOX. A lovely property and would reccommend.

Well decorated, handy location for town centre. kitchen really well equipped. on street parking always available on street for at least on car. shower is great. Digital lock system was very hit and miss. Took best part of 10 minutes for myself and my husband to get in each time we returned to house. Not ideal at night in dark. Steep staircase and serious trip hazard on landing. Bedsheets didn’t fit bed properly, No free plug sockets for phone chargers or to use appliances upstairs. TV has minimal channels not even BBC1. Netflix only worked on tv in bedroom. We were also woken up by neighbour drilling at 7am on Sunday morning. He also didn’t seem to pleased we were there.
