Property was exactly as described. 15-20 minute walk to Tynemouth centre, slightly less to the metro station.<br/>Parking is available on the road right outside. Large Morrisons within a 5 minute drive and a Morrisons local just a 1 minute walk away.<br/>Mattress does need replacing as the bed springs are noisy unless you lay perfectly still!<br/>We normally stay in a city centre hotel when visiting friends and family. For a short stay we would do that again but for a longer stay we would happily return here as we enjoyed the added space and the cost is comparable when factoring in the free car parking and ability to cook some of your own meals.

Well equipped, comfortable and attractive apartment close to a park in North Shields. Within walking distance of a metro station and Tynemouth Main Street.

Clean smart accomodation. A little bit of a walk to Tynemouth metro. Very impressed.

Very clean and had all the amenities that were needed for my stay. I was close to both the fish quay and Tynemouth with there great bars and restaurants. Bus services and Metro stations close by for a couple of days up to Newcastle.<br/><br/>Biggest criticism was the location of the lock box. One evening I spent a fair while opening it as my phone had died and the light wasn't good. Apart from that...non.

Lovely property, owners had thought of everything you might need. Extremely comfortable and lovely furnishings. Bed springs a bit noisy when you roll over!!<br/>We would stay here again and have recommended it to family

Comfortable well equipped plenty of cookware crockery etc. Good quality fixtures and fittings. Warm except bathroom where extractor fan runs for too long. Cleaner lets you down. Framework on rocking chair and metal shades on floor lamp extremely dusty as were skirting boards. Used makeup pads down back of bedroom radiator. Lots of spider webs in corners and on ceilings. Patio and stairs down to door need cleaning. No washing up liquid and 1 dishwasher tablet, no basic condiments. If I had been able to contact owner directly I wouldn’t have put the negative comments but feel they need to know. The property was in many ways ideal for us as there was enough seating crockery etc for us to cater for our daughter and 2 grandchildren and only a few minutes walk to her house. A good clean would solve the issues.

It’s a great little place to stay. Very convenient for Tynemouth, Fish Quay nightlife, and all the lovely restaurants. All fine.

Very happy with apartment. Parking was always available. Easy walking to Tynemouth, North shields quayside and the Metro for easy access to Newcastle. And enjoyed the Tynemouth station weekend market.

Very well equipped kitchen with a nice touch having a Nespresso machine. <br/>Flat is spacious, clean and modern with a large TV.<br/><br/>The boiler broke on the second day of my stay, meaning I had no hot water or heating.

Had a lovely stay here with my son for Mothers day where we went to visit the Aquarium and if we had better weather would of spent some time on the beach too. <br/>The Aquarium was around a 40 minute walk dragging an 8 year old along but you can walk through a lovely park for some of the way and it flew over. <br/>The apartment was lovely, clean and had everything we needed. The steps down to the entrance were really slippy due to the rain and the leaves that had blew in from the park but there was plenty to hold on too so it didnt cause an issue. <br/>We would both definitely spend more time in this area as there is plenty to do and we only scratched the service. Definitely a lovely place and it would be even better with some nicer weather.

Flat is in a brilliant location. It has lots of useful amenities - hairdryer, washing machine, coffee machine etc. Communication from host company was great, as were their instructions and recommendations. Check in/check out was very smooth. Lovely fresh bedding and towels. However was really disappointed in cleanliness of the bathroom. Also lots of kitchen utensils were dirty and needed washed before use.

We loved our stay in the apartment. It was perfect for us and had everything we needed. The location was close to Tynemouth centre and Fishers Quay which are both worth a visit.

Great short stay local to Tynemouth and Whitley Bay. All the amenities required were there and easy access. We recommend walk from tynemouth castle all the way into whitley bay, Fish and Chips at Fishermans Bay and return.

The state of the property was exceptional inside. The owners were very friendly and I can't find anything to complain about

Super comfortable! It was a lovely flat and was the exact size I needed. Directions and access to the flat were perfect, and instructions/rules of the flat were direct and easy to follow.

We really enjoyed staying here. It was warm, comfortable, ideally placed for visiting family and friends, and so relaxing to come home to after a long day out. The shower was lovely and hot, the cooking facilities were good (especially the dishwasher) and we were always able to park very close to the property. The bed was super comfortable.

I would definitely want to stay again at this apartment it was as good as it looked and i made myself at home immediately. Great position to visit Fish Quays and Tynemouth village with free parking immediately outside the facility.

It was a beautifully decorated spacious apartment it a good location close to Tynemouth and North Shields. It had everything you’d need in it - coffee machine too!!

The apartment is modern and clean. The host really wants you to feel at home. The communication was great and the apartment looks exactly like the pictures provided. There was plenty of amenities provided; from coffee pods, shower gel, shampoo and laundry detergent. They also provided clean towels. The bathroom is modern and the shower is great! <br/>The location is within walking distance to great bars and restaurants on the fish quay and in tynemouth/sea front so there is plenty to do. I also like how they provided information on local attractions. <br/>The only thing that was bothersome is this apartment has a kind of basement feel about it. You could hear every footstep from the residents upstairs the boiler is also placed in the bedroom which would turn on in the middle of the night creating noise (won’t be a issue in the summer!)

Conveniently located to Fish Quay and Tynemouth both walkable and scenic walks along the coast or at a large park nearby.<br/>It is a basement apartment so can be a little dark but is very cosy and warm.

Great accommodation, spotlessly clean, close to Tynemouth and North Shields Fish Quay so ideal for restaurants and bars, near handy bus routes and the local park. Excellent communication from host who provided lots of local suggestions. Ideal for visiting the area - exactly what I was looking for!

It looked nice at first glance. Nice bed. Good appliances.<br/><br/>Was waiting to get in because the code wasn't sent. Had to chase it up through emails waiting outside the property. The smell really wasn't nice. Just smelt unclean. The dust and the mould set my asthma off. Mould all over the shower it was really dirty. Shouldn't charge that price for that sort of cleanliness. Lovely area but shame about the property really.

The flat is top quality and flawless, and has everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay.  The finish in the flat has been completed to an extremely high- standard and is well worth the price. The open-plan living room and kitchen are stylishly decorated and practical. There is a large flat screen TV in the living room and one in the bedroom (with Netflix and various players, BBC iPlayer, All 4, ITV Hub etc). The bathroom is large and another excellent space. <br/>The front door is very secure.  Although there is a main road outside the flat, the noise in the flat was very minimal.<br/>The patio area outside is clean, tidy and well-kept. The bins are kept in a separate enclosed storage area.<br/>There is a supermarket within 5 minutes and a well maintained park opposite.  North Fish Quay with its multitude of pubs, bars and restaurants are within 10 minutes.  Tynemouth is 10 to 15 minutes walk.<br/>The team looking after the flat are top quality, efficient and extremely responsive to all emails.  They provided a handy guide - check-in details, restaurants and pubs in the area etc.<br/>Very highly recommended as stay.
