The Space
The spacious living room has two large velvet sofas, a separate armchair, a flat screen TV, and a coffee table, making it ideal for family time or relaxing after a day at the beach.

The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, induction hob, fridge freezer, and dishwasher, plus extras like a microwave and washing machine in the separate utility room. The dining area seats the whole family comfortably.

Southdown has three cosy king-size bedrooms and one twin room.

The bungalow has two modern bathrooms, both with showers, wash basins and WCs. The main bathroom also houses a bathtub with an overhead shower.

The enclosed garden offers a private outdoor space with furniture for al fresco dining, along with the delightful bonus of a hot tub. It's immaculately presented and secure, perfect for children.
