Comfortable bed. Easy parking. Problem with hot water, but landlady got it sorted very promptly. No complaints there. Quite noisy. Very close to hospital and therefore sirens . Could have been cleaner.

After booking, insurance was added . No mention of insurance cost whilst booking. This is not transparent, it is cheati ng . Host and Stay customer service is poor. Heating failed for 48 hours, no compensation given so far.. Overall poor service.

Convenient location near lots of shops and for visiting someone in hospital. The Pasta Shop is delicious and easy for lunch. Nice to have an Nespresso machine and pods. The oven and cooker took a little getting used to to know which hob and setting works

Sadly, the shower here was badly maintained and leaking. rather than rent the place out the maintenance should have been done. the owner threw us out on the street after the faulty shower leaked into in the property below. the owner said she told us that the shower was broken and not to use it. however this isn't true, she gave us one extra towel and told us to use this to help the leak soak up. being thrown out half way through your stay, a mobility impaired guest and a guest with autism is extremely stressful and embarrassing. we had to find new accomodation for our stay at short notice. if we had been told not to use the shower we would have cancelled the booking and found somewhere with showering facilities, this is just common sense, if the shower had been fixed before or early very early into our stay there would have been no damage from the leaky shower. in any case, we did cause no damage, the fault is entirely due to bad maintenance.

Very clean and well presented apartment, close to town centre with lots of bars restaurants and shops. Great hosts I would happily recommend.

When booking the price wads reasonable however after paying and it been non refundable, they asked for additional charges . This relates to damage insurance to the property, While I have no issue with paying this it should have identifiable before confirming payment. As I would have chosen another property and better VFM. After I arriving at the property the cooking facilities were not working, contacted agent about it. Did not receive a response until 10 hours before leaving, hence unable to cook all weekend, At no time did they offer an apology or talk about a refund for something which they had agreed to provided in the contract. Very poor customer services as they should have checked to ensure everything was working. I would not recommend or stay with this agent again. I received at 8.01am a text message telling me to vacate the property by 10am, I had left the property at 7.30am
