The apartment was perfect for us, clean comfortable and the location to the city centre was ideal. There was a hiccup with the key collection, but this was dealt with promptly and professionally. We wouldn't hesitate to book again for future trips to Liverpool. Thank you! There was nothing we didn't like.

Nothing, dreadful experience! Took 40 minutes in pouring rain to access the key, very dark and not numbered. Had to contact host twice for assistance. There was cobwebs all over, toilet on 1st floor had sewerage smell. No comfortable seating, sofas broken. Had no sleep both nights, excessive noise all night, people struggling to gain access at all hours and very noisy. Second night there was a party / rave next door until 4am. Then there was excessive noise outside swearing/ shouting. No mention 2 bedrooms in the basement. Radiators not working in the basement. Insufficient toilet rolls provided for 6 people. No washing up liquid provided. These comments were also mentioned in August which hosts had acknowledged but sadly it appears nothing has been done. Photos are from the kitchen where it should be spotless. The booking is in our daughters name and asked us to do the review. We did stay here as well much to our disappointment. The photos online do not resemble what we witnessed and experienced. Who do we complain to regarding this stay?

Location and the space we had … A lot of stairs but not a problem ….

Well located, just a few minutes walk into city centre and facilities very close by (pub etc). The bedding was very clean and beds were comfortable. Nice artwork. Free toiletries. Shower was hot. Customer service was responsive and friendly. It had lots of signs of wear and tear, damaged walls, sofabeds not in great order and not functional as beds (a sign said not to use them as beds, but we didn’t need them so not a problem for us). Dirty blinds that didn’t function so had to stay shut (in main living area) so very dark. It is over two floors and the banister was detached from wall at the top of stairs and stair carpets very worn. Bedroom carpets stained and some of the cushions and throws on beds needed a good clean or replacing. There was lots of dust and cobwebs on walls and lights, and both shower heads needed a good clean. There were two bathrooms for 3 bedrooms which was perfect, but one was en-suite and the other was upstairs and through main living area, so quite a trek from third bedroom. It just needs a good clean and paint refresh but it was comfortable enough for two night break.

Location Awful smell when we first entered the apartment. Very cold and extremely noisy from noise from outside. Not suitable for children for this reason.

Property was in ideal location was well kitted out with all the amenities a family or friends would require I have to say the mattress was just too soft for myself and only other thing was check out time is a little early

The raging rain water coming from an open skylight, that lead to water coming through the electrical switches on the walls of our apartment. With a risk to life is the switches had been touched. and the smell it brought to the apartment was terrible.

Great location, ideal for a weekend in the city. Walkable to all the main sights and local nightlife. It is quite noisy on a night time but this was expected in this area and should not come as a surprise to anyone booking. Generally very clean and tidy but there was a slightly unpleasant drain smell in both bathrooms. Also, some significant stains to bedroom carpet and spare bedding but clean otherwise. Messages from host are very clearly automated messages from the company and lack the personal feel of some other AirBNB places but did provide all the relevant information. If you’re looking for a place to stay with mates that’s a good size and location then highly recommend.

The apartment itself was lovely and clean, towels provided aswell as soap, bodywash, shampoo, tea, coffee and sugar. If you needed help they were easy to contact. The windows are paper thin so you can hear everything outside! So i didn't get much sleep the 1st night. 2nd day there was a fault with our shower leaking to downstairs and toilet problem but maintenance came out pretty quick to solve it. It also didn't state that the apartment itself was an upstairs downstairs we thought it was all one level so having to carry everything up 4 flights of stairs we then had to walk upstairs and downstairs to get to our room ?

Good location Entrance hall way was very dirty, so first impression wasn’t great. The appointment was fine and clean, needed a lick of paint though. The ceiling started leaking from the flat above so we had water coming through the smoke detector into the living room, phoned the host and they sent out a maintenance man. Next morning same thing happened again, they really need to sort out this problem before letting it back out again.

I really liked the property due to its excellent location, which was both convenient and appealing. The space was exceptionally clean, which added to its overall attractiveness. Additionally, it was very comfortable, making for a pleasant and enjoyable stay. One downside was the noise from outside.

The location was absolutely perfect and the property served well for a group of people. Interaction with staff was usually very quick and helpful. The little toiletries and provision of tea, coffee etc was much appreciated. One of the sofa beds had a sign on it stating it was out of use and we were not notified of this prior; they were also uncomfortable sofas. There was no washing up liquid to clean cutlery or dishes etc. Spiders and cobwebs found in some rooms. Noise levels were an issue with thin walls, we could hear people arriving, walking up the stairs and entering the rooms above us.

I booked this property for my sisters hen party, from the minute we got there we had trouble getting in as we were given the wrong codes, once entering the apartments they stunk of mould and damp and there was marks all over the walls the stairs hadn’t been hoovered, the showers where full of gunk, they had given us no toilet roll in all three apartments. Beds weren’t comfy and couldn’t sleep due to the smell, had to go out and buy febreeze and candles to make it better. The fridge door in the kitchen was hanging off every time you opened it. Staff weren’t very helpful as every time you called you got put onto a different person who couldn’t help, was a massive let down for all 18 of us. Extremely disappointed in this property needs a deep clean and a good paint.

Location was perfect. The apartment is run down and musty. There was mould all over the place and it was uncomfortable to stay in due to this.

We booked last minute because another apartment we booked suddenly became available. This was better located, cheaper and nicer Nothing. Very well kitted out. Very clean. Beds really comfy. Lovely place to stay.

There were three of us traveling together and there were 3 beds and 2 baths, worked out nicely. Stairs, there are a lot of stairs. It was also not very clean, there were huge stains on the carpets, dirt around the windows, and the bathrooms at first glance looked ok but a little closer inspection were not overly clean either.

The apartment is in a really good location and has everything on its door step, the apartment it’s self does need some love, the toilet in the bedroom runs all the time the system gets stuck and the water will run, I would also take extra toilet role, there was 6 of us and only 2 small rolls of paper. The apartment was clean and had tea coffee and sugar but need to take milk with you. Plenty of towels and bedding. I would stop here again because it was perfect for what we needed but the apartment it’s self needs some tlc. The main bedroom also had a lot of bugs in it, they ended up getting in the bed.

Lovely bright and spacious rooms,plenty of bathrooms for large group. The single glazed windows made it very noisy all night. The back door could have been more secure,just a twist lock didn't put me at ease.

Plenty of space for all of us, extra towels if needed and very comfortable beds. We were out most of the time we were staying in Liverpool, so location was perfect. Accessible to everything in a few minutes. The early check out time, 10am. Having an extra 30 or 60 minutes would've be amazing.

Wir haben uns bis auf nachts kaum in der Unterkunft aufgehalten, deshalb haben wir dort nur geschlafen und nicht wirklich gewohnt. Die Information bzgl. Kaution bzw. Schadensverzichtserklärung war für mich nicht ganz deutlich vorab, weshalb es hier einiges an Klärung benötigte. Die Check-In Details gibt es erst nach Abwicklung dieser Geschichte. Trotzdem haben die Kolleg*innen von Host&Stay schnell geantwortet @Airbnb: Grundsätzlich finde ich verliert Airbnb so langsam an Scharm, da dort überwiegend Hotels und Unternehmen ihre überteuerten Unterkünfte anbieten. One bedroom with two beds (a double and a single), and a living room with kitchenette. The beds were comfortable and clean, the shower was nice too. The best aspect is the location, however. There wasn't anything particular to complain. I recommend this place.

20 minutes from everything. Spacious communal area, nicely decorated and comfy beds It was freezing! Even with the heating on and electric heaters provided. There’s no getting that place warm. The fridge isn’t fixed to the kitchen units so it falls out constantly. The rug needs ditching in the communal space. It’s stained and not been hoovered underneath. The toilet brush was filthy and needed replacing. Towel rails needed in bathrooms.

Location is excellent and it really did meet expectations. you need to appreciate it’s not hugely expensive so some of the comments are very accurate on here. There was 9 of us for 2 night so £35 quid each per night, hard to beat! instructions very easy to manage for access in and out as well. No evidence of damp but there is a smell of damp.

Die Zimmer waren sehr schön, vorab wurden uns vom Gastgeber ausführliche Anleitungen und Guides geschickt. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Es gibt ein Pub direkt um die Ecke. Sonst sehr ruhig. Ein paar Probleme mit Abdichtungen (Bad, Dach). Nicht gravierend aber doch etwas lästig.

Great location, walking distance from centre and docks

The damp on the walls which irritated our throats, made our clothes smell and bed sheets smell and feel damp. We were lied to regarding the noise from the alarm and one room couldn’t be used because of this. Shower doors didn’t close properly. Black bin bags left in courtyard. Excessive amount of forms. Leak right outside apartment door . Horrible smell from top toilet.

It was close to all of the areas we were visiting Damp, wet walls, smells, blocked drains, poor decor, stained sofas and carpets, grubby.

It was in an excellent location to all amenities. The property was great just noisy when the clubs let out.

The location was perfect We were a group of 4 adult women ranging from 48 to 65 so the lay out of the sofa bed in the lounge area was not appropriate. We reported a fault on the fire alarm which beeped continually whole stay.

The apartment was extremely clean with a quirky layout. Beds were lovely and comfortable, and complementary toiletries and coffee pods were a nice touch. The living space wasn't ideal but we weren't in Liverpool to chill out in the lounge area so it wasn't a major issue, however if your out all day and want to relax in the evening then it may not be for you. The shower was great but didn't appear to connect correctly to the wall holder, so we ended up hand showering in cubicle. The location is superb with a great pub next door. Hosts are extremely responsive to any messages. All in all, I'd book with the team again.

The apartment was quite nicely appointed. I liked that there were two bathrooms. There was nothing about the apartment I didn’t like.

The property is finished to a very high level, it is close to the city, so walking everywhere is easy and convenient. The bedrooms are lovely and spacious - The property was advertised as 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms. It was in fact, 2 bedrooms and 1 1/2 bathrooms - there was no washing up detergent, but dishwashing tablets for no dishwasher - the bed linen is cheap polyester which is hot to sleep in - the stairs are dangerous when taking a normal sized piece of luggage up. It is in no way an accessible apartment and this information should be provided before the booking - the apartment is very noisy, not by city noise, but by the pub down the road (3 doors down) that closed around 3 am each morning. It was pumping and if I’d want to have been pumping as well, I would have been all for it. You can’t control the noise, But you can’t charge premium prices for a property that your clients can’t sleep in. - the communication from Host was incredibly bad. They contacted us 5 times to obtain information that we had already provided- as we are travelling from overseas, it was difficult for us to call them, and when we opened our phones at a higher cost from our provider, the person we spoke to on the phone stopped the call after 4 questions because they ‘found’ our completed form. They have also emailed us twice after our booking ended to receive this same information. - as we are travelling extensively, we chose this apartment because the advert stated there was a washing machine provided, no washing machine All of these issues have been raised in multiple feedback, dating back 12 + months (ie dishwashing tablets - no dishwasher), all acknowledged but nothing has been rectified This booking smacks to me as - a very generic overview of the whole property, wait until 3 days before the due date and then allocate the rooms. Therefore you really do not know which of the 3 apartments you are going to get until the day before.

Didn’t stay here as owner double booked

Very central location Couldn't get hold of the management company outside office hours. Gave an option for an emergency but this didn't connect which was hugely frustrating.

Easy check in and good location. The beds are OK. Fast responses from the hosts. The lounge area is quite small, and there is a lot of stairs inside the apartments.

Enjoyed our 2 night stay with 2 adults and 4 children. Excellent location. The living area not very usable given the ceiling height. Very hot in kitchen / living area with no air conditioning. We had issues with a very loud fire alarm siren going off as a result of a fault for almost 2 hours without a response and a separate issue of a power outage with a staff member rudely directing all buttons on the electric board to be pressed up and down without any consideration of health and safety issues. For these reasons we would not return to this property on our next visit to Liverpool.

La atención por parte del equipo de hosts fue estupenda y respondieron muy rápido a cualquier problema que tuvimos. La ducha se descolgaba, pero es algo a lo que se puede sobrevivir. Solo hay un baño con ducha. El salón es algo pequeño y caluroso y una de las camas está en él. Además, hay que subir y bajar escaleras dentro del mismo apartamento, por lo que quizás no es muy accesible a gente con problemas en las piernas o gente mayor. En general la experiencia es bastante satisfactoria aunque es cierto que cerca hay un pub que provoca algo de ruido durante las primeras horas de la noche.

There was no breakfast provided. So cannot comment on the breakfast. The apartment was in a great location. Buses, shops and food were all close by. The banisters on both of the very steep stairs within the apartment were short at either end by about 12 inches. The seating in the lounge/kitchen was very uncomfortable. The sitting area became very warm later in the day. I didn't know how to work the television and instructions on how to work the tv would have been helpful. There was confusion about which lock on outside door the keys in the key safe was for and which key safe applied to which apartment. The keys provided were often difficult to get back out of the outside door - probably needing repair or replacement before keys are completely stuck in the door. The apartment was clean except for the fridge.

Location excellent for our requirements. Very clean and tidy apartment. Overall a pleasant stay. The description claimed there were two bathrooms and a washing machine. In fact there was one bathroom with toilet and an ensuite toilet. There was no washing machine either. The sloping roof in the lounge area made it very difficult to sit comfortably.

The apartment was clean, and comfortable. The lounge is a little small if you plan nights in but the bedrooms were comfortable with a great shower. Location was in a nice part of the city with plenty of life nearby but not noisy at all. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again when in Liverpool.

El departamento estaba al lado de un restaurant/pub por lo cual había mucho ruido en las noches, no fue agradable en ese aspecto tanto para nosotros como para mis hijos de 3 y 5 años, No lo mencionan en la descripción.

Great location , really spacious apartment , very comfortable - great communication from hosts wifi a little sporadic but no big problem , also with bedroom overlooking the main street it can be noisy later at night when the pub nearby empties

Great location, clean and comfy. Didn't meet host in person but booking was very well communicated and host was always very responsive and helpful. Nice mix of both sleeping and living space. Would definitely stay in again! Slight odour from bathroom drain but bathroom overall was still very clean. 10am check-out time was a bit early, if it was even 11am it would be great.

Location was excellent, walking distance to all city highlights. We covered almost all sights viewed by the Hop on buses on foot. Property needs a hard copy of apt manual explaining electrical plus. Also needs a hard copy of the wifi code. Cdns don't have data plans and could not access wifi. Had find a cafe to log on to get code, major hassle. Washer did not work after 3 trade visits. Minimal toilet paper, no kitchen detergent, no kitchen drain pug.

Beautiful apartment. In a beautiful location. The coffee machine was a great addition to the apartment. Would 100% recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Liverpool. The communication from the hosts was amazing and check in/out was simple and relaxed

Location, beds and house equipment! The staff were always efficient to help us via the app. It looked just like the pictures for sure! The loft layout was quite small for 3 5ft 10+ people so the living room area was a little uncomfortable to be at. Otherwise I would book it again for bed comfortability, location was excellent and so were the facilities.

The location cannot be more perfect, it is in the most exciting part of town for dining, drinking and nightlife but tucked away enough to be as quiet as the suburbs. Property was clean and had a great aesthetic, showers were great, and access to the property was simple and well explained in advance. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and means to arrange self-catered meals. Correspondence with the property was problematic. Initially clear and to-the-point, instructive reminders on following house rules were sent at inopportune moments, presumably in an automated fashion, as one genuine correspondence was interrupted by a deviation which exacerbated a concern, taken as a frustrating deflection. Though free WiFi was advertised, the password is presumably only on request, as it could not be found anywhere. We were not in the flat often enough for this to be a setback though, but worth noting as feedback for those whom this is useful for. Instructions on setting up sofa beds is out of date and does not refer to the models in situ.

Very good value for money. Fitted out to high standard, clean, quiet. Responsive and professional host. TVs in every room. Plenty of space and decent sized rooms (with exception of low ceiling in lounge area). Would deffo recommend! TV area had very low ceiling due to pitch of roof. Not an issue if you're only using apartment to sleep but wouldn't have been particularly comfortable if you were planning any 'nights in'.

The communication was very good. Really good instructions on keys safe, etc. Location excellant The apartment was clean and had everything we needed, such as plenty of crockery/plates/glasses, etc. The communal area was an attic room with a sloping roof. This was where the sofa was positioned in that area. It was impossible to sit on the sofa. Also, no air con and the communal area were boiling hot even with a velux style window open. Lastly, there was no reading/bedside lamp in one of the bedrooms. We would stay with in one of the hosts' aparment/s again, but not this particular one.

The location was great, comfortable walking distance from everywhere we wanted to be (Albert Dock, Cavern Club, Station, etc..) The size of the apartment was fabulous. The apartment was very clean, and the beds were super comfy. Nice surprise to see that coffee, tea etc.. had been included. Communication before, during, and after stay was excellent. Everything was easy to understand and really helpful. Just what we needed as we didn't know the area at all. Smell from the drainage system.. especially whilst running the kitchen tap. Damp smell and stains in one of the bedrooms. Despite the above, I would highly recommend this apartment to friends and family. I would hope that the issues we encountered would be investigated and rectified. Was disappointed that we only had x1 bathroom as thought when booking that we had x2 (this is what was stated). We had one bathroom with a toilet, sink, and shower. The other only had a toilet and sink. Would recommend that this is made clearer on booking site as misleading.

Lovely place and very responsive and easy going hosts. Felt both clinically clean and cosy. Only main complaint would be it can get quite cold (I suppose this comes from having a top floor flat), but the host does provide portable heaters to counter this. Whilst it was overall extremely clean, there were a few times I found hairs I had picked up from the floor and carpet, but these are extremely minor issues and I am nitpicking! It is a bit noisy at night next to a pub, so maybe a fan in the room would help block out the noise? But overall I enjoyed and will defo stay again :)

Having lived in Liverpool I was familiar with the area but the location of the apartment is fabulous. Such close proximity to town. Apartment was clean and is very spacious. Hosts were really friendly and responded to all queries swiftly. A great stay in a great city!

Il supporto ricevuto durante il soggiorno è stato molto apprezzato, abbiamo affrontato qualche piccolo problema tecnico (non avevamo acqua calda e riscalmenti una mattina) ed hanno risolto in pochissimo tempo e sopratutto con molta gentilezza. -

We stayed on the top 2 floors of the house, which was lovely and clean. And the kitchen had everything we needed. The living room could of done with more comfy chairs as the benches weren’t comfy at all. Also, there was no tv aerial so could only watch Netflix. But overall, we had a lovely weekend away.

No heating or hot water, so apartment was very cold, unable to shower. Offer from agent was unreasonable and sent via no reply email, this required us to have access to our booking on our computer which we did not have with us.

Meget hyggelig lejlighed Centralvarmen virkede ikke, så der var elradiatorer placeret i lejligheden. desværre ikke på badeværelset og der var ikke noget stik, så en radiator kunne tilsluttes. det varme vand forsvandt på vores 2. dag ( af 3), og det var desværre umuligt for udlejer at få fat i reparatør i weekenden. så vi måtte leve med koldt vand og et fradrag i prisen. ovnen kunne vi ikke anvende. den tog strømmen i hele køkkenet, når vi forsøgte at tænde for den.

The location was very good and the apartment was lovely with a lot of room for a large group. It was close to City centre and very good value for money. There is an issue with the toilets, and a bad smell from them. There was no bleach/toilet cleaner left to remove the smell. There was no hand rails in bathrooms and no cleaning products to clean adequately

We had a lovely city break in Liverpool. The location of the flat was excellent. The flat itself was very nice and spacious and clean.

Un appartement sur plusieurs niveaux, très bien placé dans Liverpool dans un joli quartier assez calme. Point de départ idéal pour découvrir la ville. L’intérieur de style contemporain est fonctionnel et propre, merci aux hôtes !

Cool setup, great location

Ease of access, location, value for money and the spacious bedrooms were all brilliant. Hosts were also very informative and communicated well in the build up to our stay so we knew what to expect and how to access the property etc This didnt impact us too much as we were rarely in the property for long as a group, but the living area is quite small. However this doesnt take away from the quirkiness of the property, which we enjoyed a lot

Fantastic location just on the edge of the centre so close enough to walk in 2-3 mins but not in the melee. Quirky layout but high quality and well maintained and cleaned. Better than the pictures. The team behind this (and some other properties in Liverpool) are top notch on communication and efficiency. Great value too.

Great apartment! It's really well-located, close to bars, shops and restaurants but on a quiet street so you can have a great night's sleep. Everything that we needed was provided (towels, toiletries, tea etc). Thank you for a great stay!

My family and I had a lovely time staying here! They provide basically everything you need in a house. The location is very good as well. theres a supermarket, cafes, bars and also restaurant nearby. Plus, its only 15 minutes walking from Lime street station to the property! We felt very welcome here. I definitely stay here again with my family

spacious, great location, great facilities missed cleaning certain areas of the bedroom, girls hair in the bed when there was no females staying with us at all. packet of crisps left behind bedroom chair. but other than that was brilliant.

Very small apartment (apartment 3 at the last level), on two levels (living room at top and the 2 bedrooms at lower levels), close to city center but in a noisy location, no air conditioning, very early check out with no services for luggage storage or no possibilities for late check out. High price for what is offering.

excellent location and only a short walk from Liverpool One. Apartment kept in good condition and very clean. Some information with local attractions would be beneficial inside the apartment for guest along with parking in the area. Would recommend for any traveling family

Location very good for graduation at the Philharmonic Hall at Liverpool. Beds were comfortable. Rubbish had been left in the courtyard and it’s contents strewn all around including broken glass. Rug in kitchen area filthy and health hazard. Heating on in middle of heatwave. We were pre warned that the property was not suitable for hen parties or the like. However the kitchen included ‘ beer pong’ kits and signs proclaiming ‘ drinks den this way’.

Very clean and lovely decor. Comfy beds and great kitchen. Shower overflows in a few minutes so a massive problem when 5 to shower.

Cute duplex apartment with a quirky layout, very clean and well maintained. The kitchen is well equipped, we had everything we needed! Being a top floor apartment meant it felt private and quiet. The location is great for a anyone looking to explore Liverpool City centre. The only negative is that there is no allocated parking space. The hosts are also very helpful and are quick to respond to messages.

Top common lounge / kitchen ceiling very low, could not really use it.

Modern and beautifully furnished. Had everything we needed. A 10-15 minute walk into the city centre. Only 2 toilet rolls for 4 guests staying two nights. No hand soap for bathroom. Dishwasher tablets left but no dishwasher ?

Great location, easy to go to. Very well equipped, with two confortable rooms The living room was odd, kind of mansard and not very confortable. That was not very clear from the photos in Booking.

ideal location, great size and lovely decor could do with some more pillows so can have more than one to sleep with especially on the sofa beds, and mirrors closer to the plug in the rooms

This is a lovely apartment in a charming location, handy for central Liverpool. Very clean and tidy, it met or exceeded all of our expectations. Attentive support from the hosts through clear and friendly communications. I recommend it.

Wonderful, clean and cosy apartment in a perfect location. Katy, Charlie and team were exceptional in handling a check-in problem - these things do happen, and it's how hosts respond that make the difference. If you stay, make sure you visit Petit Café Du Coin on the corner of Berry St/Duke St (cocktail heaven!), any of the restaurants on Bold St (foodie heaven!) and visit the Anglican Cathedral and take the Tower Tour (literally as close to heaven as you can get in Liverpool!). It's an easy walk to the center and docks, so much going on and not enough time to do it. Minor downside is metered parking all around but Park Bee is 10 walk mins away, reasonable rates and most importantly a safe place to leave the car.

Beautiful apartment in a perfect location for visiting our daughter at uni. Nice quirky layout, upside down living, lots of stairs, well equipped. Great place to stay and good communication with host. Would stay again.
