The Space
The Skandi Hideaway is a stylish and cosy two-bedroom apartment which can accommodate up to 4 guests. Featuring a blend of Scandinavian and modern design, the apartment is beautifully decorated and characterised by classic white interiors and complemented by wooden accents.
With an open plan kitchen, living and dining area, you’ll have ample space to socialise and unwind during your stay. Natural light floods in from the huge windows to create a bright and airy ambience. Step out onto the balcony to enjoy the cityscape with a clear view of the iconic Liverpool municipal building, a historic architectural structure.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay including a fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and more! A washing machine and clothes airer are also available for you to use to add more comfort to your trip away.
Offering two double bedrooms with huge windows and room darkening blinds, you can wake up to a refreshing morning or enjoy a comfortable sleep any time of the day.
The bathroom in The Skandi Hideaway is modern and sparkling clean. Heading out or returning from a bustling day, you can enjoy a lovely soak in the bath. There is also an overhead shower, WC and basin in this space.
Neighborhood
Located in Central Liverpool, this apartment is easy walking distance of the city's best attractions! The famous 'Liver Building' is just a 10-minute walk away.
You can stroll along the dock road and stop by 'OH ME OH MY', a beautiful rooftop terrace overlooking the waterfront.
You can also make your way more central and just a 5 minute walk away from the apartment you can find the Everyman cinema, a luxurious hub for a great movie experience! For all your shopping needs, Liverpool One is an 8-minute walk away.
Mathew street - one of Liverpool's main streets for some of the best bars such as the Cavern club where the Beatles played is only 7 minutes away. Castle Street is also only 8 minutes away where you can find some best views of the Townhall, the Royal liver building and bars & restaurants such as Rudys' pizza!

The apartment building is quiet and only has a handful of quiet and respectful neighbours. We ask that all guests are the same back.
Getting Around
All of Liverpool's wonderful city centre attractions are within walking distance, however, if you plan on venturing further afield, the transport links from the city centre are second to none. Lime Street Station and Liverpool ONE Bus Station are only a few minutes' walk away.
Taxis and Uber are also a comfortable choice on rainy days or if guests prefer a speedy trip.
If you're feeling a little adventurous you can also take one of the city's Electric Scooters to get you around town!
Guests have access to the full apartment. Access to the apartment is via a local Keynest Shop nearby and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.
Pay and display carparks are nearby and details will be provided prior to your arrival.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the building which is accessible by either stairs or lift.
**Please be aware that whilst the building does have a lift, we cannot be held responsible if this does not work during your stay - this has not happened yet, but we do need to make guests aware.**
Other Things to Note:
• The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.
• We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.
• The check in time is 3pm and check out is 10am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.
• Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.

The perfect location for our trip. Lovely views and spotlessly clean. Very well equipped, warm and comfortable. Nothing, this was a perfect pick!

Heb geen 6 cijferige pincode ontvangen .. . Heel gedoe bij sleutel ophalen .en heeft me nog 25 euro gekost . Waarom weet ik ook niet

Excellent location Not enough pillows on bed only 1 toilet roll for 4 of us and not very clean and broken furniture on balcony. Could have been a lovely place to stay if more attention to detail was given

The apartment was wonderful exactly like the pictures and the view was breathtaking we loved it. However the bath tub kept clogging it was very hard to keep clean.

Veldig fin og romslig leilighet. To store fine soverom og koselig stue/kjøkken. passet perfekt for oss som reiste med to tenåringer. Sentral beliggenhet med gåavstand til det meste (om du er glad i å gå). Benyttet oss lite av nærområdet, men både puber og butikker rett i nærheten. God kommunikasjon med vert. Vil gjerne bo der igjen.

The view to the Hotel Municipal (day and night wonderful!) Quite near to all attractions and to all nice places in the city Near to the harbour Komfortable bed, nice bathroom, nice kitchen with dining room and sofa - everything was lightly The second key didn't work at the main entrance so that it was a little bit complicated when we wanted to be outside seperatly

The only small thing was the night before we left we were asked to take the keys back to a different location. It would have been good to know prior because we were very short on time for cleaning the apartment and getting our transport home.

Attention de bien mentionner le bon numéro d’appartement pour éviter une attente excessive à l’arrivée surtout si les personnes viennent de l’étranger car il peut y avoir des problèmes de téléphones ou bien de compréhension.

The apartment is new and beds are comfortable. The water pressure was too low. Very difficult to shower and the water heater took a very long while to heat up. It would have been better if the host is upfront about the deposit fees before booking confirmation.
