Sadly the only thing was the location<br/><br/>Vastly overpriced <br/> <br/>Worse place we’ve stayed via booking.com - and we’ve used the service a lot <br/> <br/>Flat was ok but not top quality - should have stayed in a 5 star hotel for the money <br/> <br/>Carpets and flooring tatty. Damaged toilet cistern probably full of germs. Stains on cushion on master bed and stains on curtains. So generally the glat felt unkempt and grubby <br/> <br/>A lot of time wasted getting keys, parking and getting permit - and then the same in reverse on exit. <br/> <br/>Homeless person gained access to the building and spent the night in the lobby - he was noisy so disturbed us and another resident we met <br/> <br/>Fridge didn’t appear to work properly - condensation inside and our wine didn’t chill <br/> <br/>Bed too soft <br/> <br/>Carpets didn’t fit properly so looked scruffy <br/> <br/>Constant messages from the agent were annoying and patronising. <br/> <br/>Building entrance was a mess - boxes for collection and litter <br/> <br/>Sofa sagging and not comfortable <br/> <br/>Only realised after booking there was a hidden charge of £25 to cover possible breakage or leave a big deposit was a final insult. It appeared a fee generating exercise given money needed investing in the flat <br/> <br/>would not recommend

All good but could have been my fault about accessing the flat. I am not used to flats and was pleased I saw other tenants who explained how to use the fob and how to find the car park.<br/><br/>Just finding the car park and using the fob

I would have given zero stars if it allowed. The only good thing was the location and having car parking space.<br/>The apartment was absolutely filthy. <br/>The odour from the fridge was awful and the crumbs and spider in it proved it hadnt been cleaned in a while. <br/>Everywhere was thick with dust. There was hair on the bathroom floor. The floors hadnt been cleaned or hoovered and the sofa was covered in crumbs and stains.<br/>The smell in the building itself and then into the apartment was vile. Inside was no different.<br/>Communication up to arrival had been short but good. Once i made the complaint 15 minutes after checking in, i heard nothing from them. <br/>Airbnb responded immediately and tried to arrange the Host to get the property cleaned. They did not respond to them either and we were left in these terrible conditions.<br/>My advice, avoid like the plague but certainly look for somewhere in the vicinity as location was fantastic.

Perfect location for a quick city visit.

We stayed in the apartment because we were visiting Liverpool to see Taylor Swift, we found booking our own place more fun then booking a hotel. The apartment was a short walk from the docks and the Baltic Triangle. The apartment itself was great, very clean and looked just like the pictures, there was plenty of hot water and both bedrooms were comfortable, I would definitely book the apartment again, if am coming to Liverpool, we had a fantastic time.

Good apartment in great location. Excellent communication throughout. Only downside was it’s a bit annoying having to go somewhere else to pick up keys and there was no linen for the sofa bed. Other than that, all good.

The living space was cozy and inviting, with plenty of room for us to relax and unwind after a day of exploring.<br/>The bedroom was a peaceful retreat with a comfortable bed and luxurious linens that ensured a good night's sleep. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the essentials, and we appreciated the thoughtful welcome basket filled with local treats and snacks.<br/>The location of the Airbnb was unbeatable – it was in a charming neighborhood close to fantastic restaurants, shops, and attractions. We were able to walk to many points of interest, and the host provided a list of recommended spots that did not disappoint.<br/>Communication with the host was seamless from booking to checkout. They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and shared great tips to enhance our stay.

A great stay for 2 nights. Apartment exactly as expected and great location for exploring locally. Key pick up was straightforward but perhaps consider leaving the parking permit at this location for collection too. If using the underground car park take the lift from there to the first floor as opposed to going outside to try and get back in as this is far easier. Those looking for fault will always find it as per some of the reviews I’ve seen which could put people off completely unnecessarily. All in all this was a great value for money excellent stay and I would recommend it to anyone.

Ein kleiner Supermarkt gleich ums Eck.<br/>Kontakt zu Host & Stay-Staff bei diversen „Issues“ war sehr freundlich und bemüht. Sehr rasche Antworten.<br/><br/>Leider war das Appartment nicht geputzt als wir ankamen. <br/>Aber es wurde sofort am nächsten Tag jemand geschickt, dann war es besser.<br/>Teppiche und Couch sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und müssten ausgetauscht oder intensiv gereinigt werden. <br/>Fotos sind geduldig ;0)

Great location , great apartment overall. Small but well equipped and mostly clean . Comfortable beds and plenty towels etc . Another reviewer mentioned large stains on sofa - stains are still there. Another reviewer mentioned inaccurate location on instructions , the instructions haven’t been amended to correct this (ie the flat is not next door to the waxing studio, it’s across the road). Thought it strange that we were refused a late check out (even though nobody else was checking in until 4 days later). Whilst mentioned in the instructions , the key pick up and drop off arrangements are rare and not very customer friendly. A lock box would be preferable. Finally the absence of a hairdryer is unusual - such an inexpensive amenity that really should feature in every air bnb.

We loved our stay in the Baltic apartment.<br/>The location was perfect, a few minutes walk to the Albert Dock and Liverpool One shopping centre. Parking at this property is a great selling point for us as this can be costly in the city.<br/>The apartment is in a quiet location, away from bars and busy roads. It is very spacious, the memory foam beds with cotton sheets are incredibly comfortable. Our 13 year old son slept on the pull-out sofa bed, this was also very comfortable with a memory foam mattress.<br/>Added extras of toiletries, dishwasher/washing tablets, towels, was a lovely touch.<br/>The hosts were very accommodating and responsive on the lead up to our booking. We actually cancelled another booking with someone else as the owners were not responsive.<br/>The small negatives were that the apartment had a very strong paint odour. Whilst this shows that the apartment is being maintained well, it was slightly irritating. We would have preferred a key box to collect keys.<br/>We will stay again ?

We enjoyed our stay - everything was as described. The only reason I have given 4 stars rather than 5 is that other Airbnb’s I have stayed in have given just those extra little touches but having said that, Katy and Joe’s place is great.

The apartment is in a really good location. Instructions for getting the key were really thorough but not correct as they state that the door is next to the waxing studio and it’s actually opposite. There were two fobs on the key and neither seemed to work and no clear instructions of where to swipe it so we couldn’t get in. I tried to call the number provided for host and no answer. Luckily at the same time a resident entered and let us through the main two doors and the spare key in the apartment with just one fob worked so we just used that one set of keys. The apartment had a really strong gloss paint smell so could have done with some diffusers or airing. There were also flaky bits of paint on the rug in the lounge. The apartment was very nice.The other thing to mention is that you have to pay a £250 security deposit which was taken 9 days before my stay and 7 days later I am still waiting for it back (I have been advised that it can take up to 14).

Great apartment. Really comfortable and peaceful. Very close to the docks and also the town centre. Shops nearby and easy to get a food delivery too. <br/>I’d recommend this place.

Loved the location, so close to the docks/liverpool one etc. Easy key collection due to detailed instructions prior to arrival. On the whole it was fine for what we needed, comfy beds, well equipped kitchen and we loved the breakfast bar area.<br/><br/>Could be lovely but looking tired, grubby marks on the walls and more thorough cleaning needed, we had an extra clean round when we got there. There's a strong musty smell in the kitchen which needs looking into, possibly a leak somewhere.

The place was Cosy and lovely girl our family.. I love the balcony and it would be great if there was simple chair and able to enjoy coffee and tea with the amazing weather..<br/>The kitchen was nice and arranged but it will be nice to have bottle if water.

Great place to stay at an excellent location. The docks, Liverpool ONE, restaurants, Bold St are all within walking distance. The apartment actually looks “tired” compared to the photos, which we didn’t mind. Was just expecting something else from the flashy photos. Great value for what it is and the price we paid for. <br/>The washing machine was faulty though, it couldn’t drain properly and had to hard reboot it to get the clothes out. Left the apartment with a bag full of damp and smelly laundry.

The property is first class , i did have to pick the keys up from a shop only about 4 min walk , gave them a code provided , got keys straight away ,<br/>went to the flat , fob access to get in (blue one) instructions were spot on parking was great and easy to get in and out.<br/>I would strongly recommend this as 5 star accommodation

Nice apartment a little away from the most busiest areas - which makes it a nice stay. East to walk into town, to the docks, etc. There is a nice pub near by and a small grocery store. <br/>Make sure you read key pick up instructions. They are 5 mins walk away from apartment. <br/>Generally apartment is good quality and functional.

Beautiful apartment in a fantastic location for exploring the charms Liverpool has to offer. Private and secure parking was great, access/egress was again very good even with a SUV. Would definitely recommend and also stay at again.

Lovely apartment handily located for walking to city centre and waterfront locations - we had a great time and a comfortable stay.

All I would say is read the instructions in the PDF first. I arrived late and hadn’t realised you had to pick keys up from a different area (my fault I hadn’t read the instructions) Road works and an ambulance blocking the road made it impossible to locate the flat. The light above the number of the apartment wasn’t working so had to ask local residents if I was in the right place. Eventually located flat.<br/>Accommodation was beautifully quiet, but decor was tired. Stains on the sofa and walls weren’t very appealing and there was a smell of wet dog. Bed was exceptionally comfortable and kitchen was well equipped. Flat was nice, just in need of some TLC. Was really helpful to have secure parking too. Excellent location for where I was working.

Fantastic location!! Walking distance to the docks and city centre. So pleased we chose it for our weekend in Liverpool with a baby. So easy to get around! Great having the lift. Ramp and parking space were tight but great to have secure parking. Flat was fine for what we needed. Would definitely return!

The apartment is located within easy walking distance to the Albert Dock and Liverpool city centre. Also to the 3 Graces. It is really nicely decorated with a fully fitted kitchen. Large fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine was super handy! Great breakfast bar with seating for 6. Very comfy seating area in a living room area which folds out into handy sofa bed. Two very comfortable double bedrooms, one en suite. Having 2 bathrooms was super handy too! The whole apartment has everything you could need. Having towels and bedding was excellent and 3 huge fluffy blankets, one in each room which my children loved. Heater in every room meant it heated up quickly. Welcome pack of washing up liquid, dishwasher and washing machine tablets, scourer and tea towel much appreciated. Free parking excellent.<br/><br/>Could add some balcony furniture for the summer.

Ideal location, easy to walk into city centre. Very clean. Perfect for 2 couples as there were 2 bathrooms. Kitchen facilities were good and shower was impressive. Free parking made it good value for money.<br/><br/>Check out at 10am acceptable but for the Key to be at shop(key drop off and collection point ) for 10am was challenging if you are not an early riser. 250 pound deposit taken and then I have to wait 7 days for a refund seems excessive.

We had a wonderful time in Liverpool and were really pleased with this beautiful Apartment! It had everything we needed and the location was perfect to stroll into Town or over to the Albert Dock. The unit is well maintained and very clean. Has Hyperoptic internet, smart tv, and a parking space to boot! Also, they kindly provided us with a travel cot for our 1 y.o. child.<br/>Location wise, it is close to John Lewis / Liverpool One. Albert Dock is about a 10-minute walk. There is also a convenience store near the property if you need to buy something.<br/>We enjoyed our stay here! Will definitely recommend it!

Loved our stay here. The flat was big enough for four and the location was fantastic - a 5/10 minute walk to the centre of the city or dock area. The parking was very useful, note it is quite awkward to get to the space if you have a larger car (narrow turns on the ramps) but it can be done. The flat was well equipped and everything was clean and in good condition. Was surprisingly quiet at night as well.

The place is central for all amenities.

The property is in a great location right in between the city centre and the Baltic triangle, plenty of options for a night out. <br/>The apartment is clean and tidy. <br/>As the building is facing another apartment block it’s quite lively of a weekend, even In this specific building people were having parties yet the requirements for this apartment said no noise after 10.<br/>This wasn’t a major big deal to us regardless. <br/>It is decorated lovely, the beds are super comfy, even the sofa bed. <br/>Would recommend.<br/><br/>my only fault is that there IS a parking permit available at the apartment but I was not made aware of this

Great apartment in brilliant location.

Great location, within walking distance from all the top spots at the docks. The flat is good for a family or group of 4 (having two bathrooms is a must!). The check-in process is a bit inconvenient but we made it work. But the host team was communicative and provided detailed instructions on everything needed with regards to the place and neighborhood.

Had no warm water throughout my stay, it was torture imagine paying over £200 for a stay and CANT have a hot shower. The least you could do is provide warm water. Worst customer service ever. Then they hold £250 and they keep threatening the guest if any damages we will charge you. worst experience ever!!!

Ignore all photos of this place! It’s certainly not worth the booking! It’s dirty & furnished with trashy cheap units that are falling apart & needs totally gutting! Curtains are held up by 3 hooks, Paintwork is filthy & the place stinks of mould! Only thing going for it is the secure parking space! Avoid at all costs! Complained to hosts and all they did was to say they would send a cleaner in! We actually checked out & went to nearby hotel!

This apartment was the perfect place to stay in Liverpool and within walking distance to Albert Dock & the shopping centre as well as public transport being very easily accessible. There was a tesco around the corner too which came in handy. Communication was seamless, and the guidebook they supply was very informative and a nice touch. Would happily stay again!

Great location for central Liverpool with parking which is a bonus. The host gave very detailed and user friendly instructions which was great.

Water pump broke could only have 1 shower a day been nearly 2 weeks still waiting for my £250 deposit back also promised 50% refund because of the water problem still haven’t received my £386.50

It’s a scam ! These people are cheats. Don’t turst these guys. I have lost 75% of my money paid for not even using the apartment even for 1 hour. This has been my worst ever experience with Airbnb host. Disgusting people. IF there was anything less than a star I would have taken it.<br/>The host contacted me 1 day before my departure from India and conveyed they have some technical issue due to which they cant host me at the above property. They offered me an alternate property which and confirmed it was one the first floor. With little time left for my departure I had to accept their alterative. I have come to know later that the their offering me an alteranate apartment although through Airbnb messaging platform is not as per Airbnb policy. The host should have known it purposely did that so a layman guest like me would not know its violating Airbnb platform.<br/>I arrived at Liverpool around 6pm and collected the keys. To my shock the apartment is located on the third or fourth floor. The building is completely deserted and you wont find anybody inside. Its really scary to be in that place with a family. It’s a much smaller apartment then the photos shared with me. Having done a knee surgery its impossible for me to climb up and down floor during my 5 days stay. I was in the middle of the streets with my family having no clue where I would stay. I called the host and informed them but they simply said we cant help. I returned the key in less than 1 hour and also informed Airbnb about it. Luckily I found another apartment and moved there.<br/>The host has conveniently deducted almost 75% of my paid money under the pretext that the apartment is located on the first floor and the keys were returned back after 2 days. And they claim have a key locating system…. Simply making fool out of people. Cheats and liars. They want to make money by cheating simple. The alternative apartment they offered me is intentionally as otherwise nobody would go there to stay. They have only 1 review for that one which I suspect is from their own team member, Charlie.<br/>Just don’t trust anyting from these guys if you are going on a vacation if you don’t want to be in the middle of nowhere when you land up in Liverpool.<br/>I am going to do my bit to convey to all friends and family not to consider any listing from these crooks.

Unfortunately the apartment did not meet our needs, we do need a fully accessible shower cubicle and found the one here was very small and with the concertina door opening at one side and the sink at the other it was very hard to get into. I am only slight and found it awkward and very claustrophobic, my daughter who is larger struggled to get in and only used it once, refusing after that. We would have used the shower over the bath but there wasn't a bath mat to use to prevent us slipping.<br/>The positives of the apartment are that the beds were very comfortable and the building itself was very quiet of an evening. I thought the position of the apartment was excellent, very convenient for Albert Dock and Liverpool 1. <br/>Communication between myself and the vendor was good, it would be good to have a Liverpool Street map left for those of us who are not tech savie.

Perfect place, perfect location and an apartment where the hosts have carefully considered the needs of the guests and the ease of which guests want to engage in these services. The apartment is very presentable and is maintained to a standard that most if not all guests would be happy to accept.

Great location, close to the river and city centre. Free, secure parking in the basement. Comfortable beds and plenty of room for the 3 of us.<br/>No views to speak of unfortunately except the apartment block across the road.

Overall, it is a very cost-effective accommodation experience, with a good balance between price and quality. There is parking, but parking in the garage is a bit difficult. Check-in needs to go to a nearby store to collect the keys by yourself, which is a little troublesome. But the decoration of the room is very warm! The location of the house is also very close to the tourist attractions of Liverpool! Highly recommend everyone to stay here!

I got in touch & was talked through how to speed it up, like I say, great communication. Just wish I had know beforehand.

A mixed experience. On one hand the flat was clean, well decorated, in a good location and had secure parking. However, we did have some issues. The hot water situation is not ideal - you have to flick a switch on the boiler and wait for the water to warm up before you can use it. This had not been communicated to us so we were left to work it out for ourselves. I got stuck in the bathroom because the lock on the door was broken. The radiator in the main bedroom broke during our stay and was not able to be fixed or replaced before we left (less than ideal during a cold January). We communicated our issues to the team and asked for a partial refund. They apologised but denied our partial refund, instead offering a 10% discount on a future stay. I explained that we do not visit Liverpool regularly so are unlikely to redeem this offer and asked them to reconsider. This was also denied. A very disappointing outcome and not the customer service that I look for. Unlikely to stay at any of their properties in the future.

The beds were very comfortable, and there was plentiful hot water and instant warmth which was lovely.<br/><br/>Overall decorative finish and quality of products, didn’t fit luxury bill. Ikea throughout, one teaspoon, ill fitting carpets, laminate, and jemmied door frame, unkempt lobby, and smaller than anticipated.

Great location, within easy walking distance to the Albert Dock, Liverpool One and Duke Street Market. Tesco extra within 100 yards was really handy. Perfect for our family of 4 and great to have 2 bedrooms and some living space, Netflix was a nice touch. I would highly recommend.

Great place to stay! Had a fab 4 nights in this apartment with my sister. The rooms are a great size and the apartment itself was spotless (with the exception of some stains on the corner suite but that unfortunately is kind of expected when renting a place). We always clean when we arrive at an Airbnb but the toilets, shower and bath were all immaculate as was the kitchen, even the crumb tray for the toaster (never had a clean one till this visit!). Beds were comfy and sheets were spotless! Charlie was our contact and helped us all the way through from booking the apartment till dropping the keys back at the pick up point.<br/>The apartment is in a fab location, when you come out the main entrance head one way for the waterfront or the other way for Liverpool One Shopping Centre! <br/>We would highly recommend these Hosts based on our experience and if we are ever in Liverpool again will not hesitate to book with them again.<br/>Thanks for a great stay!

Great location with the centre of Liverpool about a 15 minute walk to shops, restaurants and train station. The flat was on the 1st floor and secure parking was great, although a bit tight to get down to the space but once in it was fine. <br/>The flat was nice, but there are major cosmetic touch ups that are needed. Flooring doesn’t meet the carpets to the bedrooms, marks on the walls, thermostat hanging off the wall and not many sets of cutlery or glasses. There were no Nespresso pods and the towel are very small and the bathrooms did smell like it had not been aired for a while due to no windows in the bathroom and en-suite. <br/>We did have a problem with the balcony doors as there were no keys to open these and it was a very hot week in September of 30o when we stayed. A maintenance operative came and opened the balcony doors but didn’t leave a key so when closing the mechanism locks the doors again so we couldn’t open them again. <br/>A part from that has a great few days exploring Liverpool and the flat was just a base. <br/>Kate, Charlie and the team were very responsive with messaging before the trip and during the trip.

We have had a nice comfortable stay. The apartment was easy to find and key collection was simple. The apartment is a short 10 minute walk to the shopping area and Albert Docks which we found useful.<br/>The accommodation itself is well furnished and the beds were comfortable. We did notice that there were a few little aspects that could be improved, for example some of the flooring didn't quite meet in the door ways and the en suite shower is quite loose on the wall. The living room thermostat is also falling out of the wall. All in all we slept well, although we did find the gaps in the curtains let quite a lot of light in. Any issues we had were dealt with promptly, but it was slightly disappointing to run out of hot water on our last evening. We would reccomend this apartment for a short stay.

Positives include great location, apartment looks the part, comfortable bedding and lift for access <br/>However, we found that the space was somewhat more style over substance as we struggled to open the balcony doors, to work the thermostat and the hot water ran out every day despite the override switch being turned on. <br/>Communication was generally swift throughout the trip which was much appreciated, however a manual with clear instructions and pointers about the apartment would be much appreciated. <br/>I would recommend this apartment if the above was available and for four guests for a comfortable stay!

The flat was clean, although could do with some general maintenance. We had a few issues throughout which impacted our stay, but the communication to fix these was quick and informative.

Whole apartment had a bad smell, fridge smelt disgusting. Stains over the sofa and bedding, wouldn’t recommend staying. Only good thing about it was location and communication with the staff/agency

Apartment is great in a fab location. Tesco express around the corner and a 5 minute stroll into Liverpool one. My only critique would be that the rental agency need to look after the maintenance of the apartment more. Not major things just curtains not hung up properly, Curtain hooks hanging off the wall, television in living room not working and the remote in the bedroom doesn't work either (I understand this usually wouldn't be an issue but during lockdown a lot of television was watched!)

Really lovely flat in the perfect location for the Albert Dock, museums, Liverpool One, restaurants and shops. Once the car was parked below the building we didn’t need to move it again as everywhere was easy walking distance. Spotlessly clean, comfy beds, well equipped and very stylish. Handy Tesco on the corner for everything you might need.

This flat was in a fabulous location, easy walking to all the city sights. And the team were great at communicating with us about picking up keys etc. However it wasn’t the cleanest flat, under normal circumstances this would have been manageable however given current circumstances this is a bit concerning. I would happily stay at another property hosted by this team again.

Perfect apartment for our first visit to Liverpool. So close to everything we needed, really good central location.

The Place was nice, however door handles and doors falling out Should be fixed prior arrivals. Also Flors were all sticky as i have a Baby who is crawling not very ideal.

You can't beat this for a stylish property right on the doorstep of Albert Dock and the City Centre. <br/>Communication with the hosts was quick and friendly. The information supplied before the trip allowed us to check in easily, plus the guidebook ensured we got the most out of our visit. <br/>The property was spotlessly clean and furnished to an excellent standard. <br/>Despite being close to the centre, at night there was no outside noise that we heard. <br/>We can absolutely recommend this property as being perfect for a couple or a family group. Definitely would stay here again.

Lovely comfortable and spacious apartment, only a few minutes walk away from the Royal Albert dock.<br/>The hosts were excellent in their communication and I would thoroughly recommend.<br/>Best parts about the place...beds nice and comfortable.<br/>Bath and shower work well compared with some places, having proper water pressure ( remember to turn on the 1 hour hot water switch before running a bath )<br/>Express Tesco just down the road is handy.
