Location was close to Glasgow City centre and Glasgow green.<br/>Supermarket nearby.<br/>Transport services nearby.<br/><br/>Only one roll of toilet roll.<br/>Pieces of glass shards on the floor.

Rien<br/><br/>A fuir impérativement, conditions d’hygiène déplorables. Nous avons déjà du nous battre avec la haie extérieure pour accéder à l'appartement, puis avons été accueillis dans le logement par des poils de chien, les projections alimentaires sur le canapé et meubles de cuisine, les morceaux de verres et cheveux sur le sol, les toilettes qui fuient, la poussière dans toutes les pièces, du gras sur la plaque de cuisson, une moquette de chambre à la couleur incertaine tachée en de nombreux endroits, un mouchoir usagé dans un coin de la chambre, une alèse constellée de tâches douteuses jamais nettoyées, des cloportes rampants et cadavres de mouches. À la lecture des derniers commentaires laissés par les précédents locataires, on constate les mêmes griefs. Le gestionnaire de l’appartement est au courant de la situation, passe son temps à s’excuser en réponse à ces commentaires, mais ne règle jamais le problème vis-à-vis des nouveaux arrivants. Quel manque de respect envers ces personnes qui le font vivre. Si nous n’avions pas été prélevés de la totalité de la somme des mois auparavant, nous serions directement repartis. Nous avons demandé un nettoyage en urgence, ce dernier a été fait grossièrement le lendemain et laissait toujours à désirer. Quel soulagement le jour de notre départ. Fort d’une centaine de réservations Booking à travers le monde en 15 ans de fidélité, je n’avais jamais vu ça. <br/>De plus, une caution non remboursable de 25£ afin de récupérer les clefs a été exigée alors que cela n'apparaissait pas dans les conditions générales de notre réservation.Caution demandée dans le cas où nous aurions été à l'origine d'un dommage !!!! Quelle blague....au vu de l'état immonde de l'appartement !!! Peut-on appeler cela de l'escroquerie ??

Class value for what you pay.<br/><br/>Toilet doesn't flush properly and hedge at side of the building needs cut as it is seriously in the way and was blocking us badly trying to get in and out.

Locatie bij het park is prettig. Op zich een leuke accommodatie.<br/><br/>Niet herstelde schade aan gordijnhaken, deur van de kledingkast, lekkende douche en toilet, beschadigde en te kleine pannen. weinig zitcomfort, geen instructies bij de tv"s , smerig en oncomfortabel meubilair, een opgetuigde kerstboom in de opbergkast en slechte verlichting in het keukengedeelte

A very modernise interior design but when it comes to cleanliness and sanitation very poor. Health and safety of your guest is a number one priority. Overall I didn’t enjoy my stay because I need to clean and sanitise the place before we start unpacking our things. <br/>I will come back again as long you will improve the cleanliness and sanitation so every guest will stay comfortably.

The place was ok, however i would not stay again as the place was visibly dirty and lots of stains over the rugs and walls. <br/>The bathroom was dirty and the toilet did not flush most of the time, and there was water dripping out constantly into the toilet which could be heard throughout the night. <br/>The mugs were dirty and the windows had cobwebs. <br/>The tv was very slow and randomly kept turning off which was annoying.<br/>the host was contact in regard to the toilet not flushing however no help was given. <br/>there was also random items all over the place such as matchbox and tesco item scanner. the sofas smelt like cigarettes too. I had booked for 3 nights but after the second night i could no longer stay there as the dust had flared up my skin so i left a day early and booked elsewhere. <br/>would not recommend

Had a great stay here for 1 week. Flat had everything we needed and had ample space for 2. Lots of amenities close by and flat was accurately described. Would definitely book again.

Place was nice with a nice area and park for a walk and large amount of space to relax.<br/>We’ve had issues with the place once we noticed the kitchen, pots were very unclean and the stove was burnt and stained and the microwave was unclean, which we had to clean ourselves to use.<br/>Some pots were broken but we didn’t bother with those and a pan was badly burnt which we didn’t do but were blamed for it.<br/>We contacted the property owners and they told us the pictures from the cleaners, before we arrived, looked different from what we’d seen.<br/>I asked for pictures and time stamps and they stopped responding to us so, we told them we’re gonna put a complaint in.<br/>They responded within the hour to tell us to not put a complaint in with AIRBNB and to do it with them through email to avoid trouble.<br/>We were mistreated and blamed for something we never did and were fed up with the support we got.<br/>Nice place to stay but will be putting a complaint through airbnb regardless.

Quiet, shady

It's a lovely area and a really nice apartment.

Checked in & found the apartment was not clean. Have to contact hostandstay to inform them. Overall the apartment was great but need to buck up on the cleanliness.

It was close to a train station which was very good. The layout of the apartment was good.<br/><br/>There was a lot of dust in the corner of the bathroom. The bathtub kept leaking so it was difficult to take a bath in it. The toilet had problems with flushing but I took care of it. I had to use my own streaming service accounts bc there were none. And there was a big stain on the mattress when I checked it.

It is a lovely place where the surroundings are fantastic. The place is near the Main Street that is convenient for us to get to the city center.
