Dale’s place was perfect! Really well setup and very good at keeping communication in the lead up to and during your stay!

Super leilighet!

Although this apartment is in a fabulous location and within walking distance to shops, restaurants and bars, we were not aware that it was up 3 flights of stairs with no lift. There is also an extremely narrow stairs in the property which brings you to 2 of the bedrooms and both bathrooms. The downstairs bedroom which has 3 beds was impossible to sleep in because of the constant noise from the busy junction below. The draft coming in from the sash windows was unbearable. They did provide earplugs but it was so noisy the only option was to sleep elsewhere. We were a group of 4 adults and 3 kids. The kids managed one night in that room but after that we had to move them in with us upstairs. There was also some damp in one of the rooms upstairs which actually made the single bed damp on the first night. I had to re dress the bed using the bed linen from downstairs. If these issues are addressed, this could be an amazing property as it is decorated beautifully.

The slightly unimpressive street presence and stair well is quickly forgotten once you step inside the apartment. It is beautifully laid out and presented. The furniture and styling is top class and feels like you're staying in an executive apartment. We stayed there with a group of 5 and were very comfortable with plenty of space. And finally a proper shower in the UK! A rare treat :)

Place was very clean and tidy, perfect for our group and facilitated well. Location ideal for links to city centre.

Property was very clean when we got there. Great location for the work conference we attended, everything within walking distance. Very comfy beds to sleep in. Nice and spacious and big living room area to chill. Overall has a great stay, lovely property, would recommend !!

Brilliant accommodation

Well located apartment which worked for our large family group. Decorated to a high standard.

The flat itself and the location is perfect! Decor is lovely, comfy beds and great shower However there was a few things missing such as washing up liquid to clean up after ourselves, there is a dishwasher but some washing up liquid to clean a few mugs and glasses would have been ideal! A few communication issues but was all resolved in the end Great location! All the bars and restaurants are just a stones throw away!!! Bustling little location there was also no mop bucket, we needed this as a passer by was sick on our doorstep, not ideal but hey ho, we’ve all been there! trying to clean it so we didn’t walk it through the house with a few saucepans going up and down 4 flights of stairs was a work out to say the least but we managed to sort it out eventually All and all a good stay would 100% recommend as the place is STUNNING can’t wait to come back!

A fantastic, high-spec apartment which was comfortable, spacious and fully equipped. The decor was contemporary and complimentary making you feel at home instantly. There were quite a few stairs (which were mentioned in the description) to help you get your "steps in" hehe, but seriously, perhaps not one for elderly guest given the steep nature of the apartment internal staircase. We had a fabulous and comfortable stay, thank you very much.

Perfect for a short stay in liverpool! Nice and modern decor and was really comfortable Could do with a small toilet down the stairs - the stairs were quite steep to go up and down to the toilet.

Just returned from a wonderful bachelor weekend in Liverpool and this flat was superb and met our needs well. Decorated to a high standard, location is brilliant for access to city centre and felt secure. Only minor negatives to stop a full 5 star review - The front room (facing the cathedral) single glazed windows allow alot of noise through from the traffic and party goers so Friday sleep was patchy due to noise. Not sure if it can be helped but worth baring in mind for light sleepers. Otherwise it was excellent!

Great apartment - top quality furnishings, clean and good location. Placed opposite Cathedral, one block from Georgian quarter, easy 10 minute walk into town. Lots of cupboard space in bedrooms, beds very comfy. Kitchen very well equipped and beautiful decor. Great space and very clean No toilet on lower floor, very narrow steep staircase to upper floor, would not like to bring small children here. Apartment appears to be in a property that is being renovated so on first appearance appears to be dodgy having to walk 4 flights of stairs to reach, however fabulous, luxurious apartment once you are in.

Location and apartment great

The place was amazing! As some of the other reviews have already noted, the entrance into the location is less than desirable. However, once you step into the home, all of that is quickly forgotten. It is a beautiful, modern, well decorated and homey place to spend some time in Liverpool! We walked all over the city center and felt like we were “coming home” when we stepped back into the place! We would highly recommend this place!

Lovely well appointed apartment within walking distance to all the attractions. First impression of the hallway was not good and we thought oh no. Once inside the apartment it was beautiful. We know the toilet was on the upper floor but It was worrying coming down the stairs as it was steep and narrow especially in the middle of the night. Although this was mentioned in the listing. The front bedroom on the lower floor although ear plugs were provided is extremely noisy which we were not use to as we live in a village. However the space was amazing and a blessing that it actually could.sit everyone from our party.

Beautiful flat. Lots of cutlery and crockery. Dishwasher pods, washing machine pods, coffee tea etc provided by owner. Fabulois location. Walkable to all sigts and restaurants. Communal areas extremely run down and grubby which may be worth prewarning residents about.

The team where great at keeping in touch and providing all the information ahead of our stay. The check in was very easy and as soon as we arrived it felt homely without having too many unnecessary items. The beds where very comfortable and there was plenty of space for seven of us sleeping separately with nobody needing to share a bed. The downstairs bedroom has a lovely big mirror which is perfect for getting ready and plenty space for storing items. Essential items provided as well and the only thing I’d add would be a wee dish cloth to help keep everything tidy in the kitchen. The kitchen is really well equipped for the amount of people we had staying.The location is great and close to brunch places, bars and even clubs aren’t too far away. There are also plenty of running routes around and gyms close by which are walkable. No issues with parking and we managed to easily park a nine seater van every day which we stayed. Thankyou for a brilliant stay!

Great flat for a group of friends catching up for the weekend. Fantastic location for areas such as the Baltic Triangle and the Georgian Quarter. The flat was beautifully decorated throughout with a large open plan kitchen-diner-lounge. All beds were reported as super comfortable. There are very steep attic style stairs within the flat up to the top floor (second floor) bedrooms and bathrooms, someone with mobility problems would find this a problem. Would also take ear plugs if staying in the first floor large bedroom as it’s very noisy with traffic throughout the night. Very good value for the 7 of us to stay, would stay again.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay as reflected in the main review & scores. The apartment is spotlessly clean & decorated to a high standard with very tasteful fixtures & fittings. It was a cosy & welcoming space. However just a few things to note: The apartment is on the top floor up 4 flights of stairs. The rest of the building appears empty &apparently undergoing renovations. So is rather off putting on entry. There was no one working there over the weekend but could be during the week? The apartment is on 2 floors with the largest bedroom which sleeps 4 on the lower floor. There are steep & very narrow stairs leading up to the top floor where both bathrooms are situated & the other 2 bedrooms. A toilet on the lower floor would have been welcome! It is a lovely listed building with 3 large windows in the lower floor bedroom overlooking the cathedral & road. The windows are not double glazed and those in that room found it very noisy overnight at the weekend.

Absolutely stunning apartment and in a brilliant location if visiting the city. Hosts were extremely responsive and proactive! Would highly recommend for any large group as there was plenty of beds and rooms. 5 stars

Lovely apartment. Great location.

The actual flat was as photoed and location was good for getting around. However, most the comms were automated & we were asked to pay a waiver outside the Airbnb platform. After ringing I was told to ignore these messages. Having a 2nd car was a pain, I requested info on were to park a 2nd car and was given 2 car parks one was 12 hours not 24 and one was very small so no spaces. We spent 1 hr parking the 2nd car, on the 2nd day we were able find free parking 15 mins walk from the flat. It would of been handy to get the info from the hosts. On arrival a sky light had been left open and rain had flooded the bathroom. It took over 12 hours to get a response about extra towels to deal with this. By this time we had cleared it up ourselves and had 2 showers. Overall the flat was nice but it felt expensive for the service we received. I would also add this didn’t feel like an Airbnb it’s an apartment rented by a company, so the small personalisations you normally get were missing.

Really great place! Felt very homely and was great for a weekend visiting Liverpool. The location is great and the apartment is perfect. It was spotless and has everything we could need. The hosts kept in touch in the lead up, provided everything we could need for arrival and were really helpful with any questions I had. Would very much recommend to anyone visiting Liverpool

Apartment was very nice, walking distance to city centre. just 1 suggestion for the owner/management. it would be added bonus if there was down stairs toilet. Rest no complaints

Great location, easy access and near everything you want to see and do in the city. The apartment was comfortable and clean. Perhaps the steep stairs inside are not for everybody but we had no issues. We really enjoyed our stay!

The apartment was as good as it looks in the pictures. Very tastefully done, good quality furniture and very clean. Always great using a new, super clean bathroom! The location was great - 15min walk from Liverpool One, clubs and Gravity Max. Great food options in the area as well. We had a great time using this apartment as our base for a staycation!

Crystal clear instructions, extremely helpful and responsive. Also the apartment is extremely spacious and very modern. Will 100% be using again! :)

We had a delightful stay at this property. Its proximity to the town center was convenient, and even with kids, we managed to walk there without any hassle. The place is just as captivating in person as it is in the photos. However, there were a few minor setbacks: we encountered an issue with the water heater fuse, and the bathroom lighting kept flickering. Additionally, the steepness of the steps leading to the 2nd floor, coupled with the absence of a toilet on the 1st floor, might pose a challenge for some. That said, we wouldn't hesitate to stay in one of Katy and Joe's other apartments on our next trip to Liverpool!

The location of this property is ideal for a long weekend exploring the city. The rooms were spacious, tidy and homely. We’ll definitely be returning. Thanks to all the team!

Apartment was beautiful inside, very clean and comfortable. Location was good, short walk to the centre and docks. The rest of the building appears to be a building site at present. Entrance area wasn’t what I was expecting due to this. Stairs leading up to the bedrooms and bathrooms are very steep, they were a bit of a struggle for one of our guests, however overall the apartment was good.

Lovely apartment. Very clean, very comfortable, well equipped. Great location. Really appreciated have parking. This took a lot of hassle out of our stay. Only thing to point out- no toilet on the first floor and very steep stairs to the second floor. This didn’t affect our stay but may do others. Over all a fabulous place! Thanks

The apartment is excellent, well furnished and very clean, and host is sending massages to confirm you are well, but difficult to reach it if you have big luggages or bags as it is located on the third floor and without an elevator.
