Very clean and well maintained, plenty of space for getting ready etc Ridiculously warm despite it being very mild outside, but I also know there’s nothing you can do about that it’s just the top floor apartment

The location was excellent The way you had to collect the keys. Several damages upon arrival to the property. Not enough towels only 4 provided, when there was 6 guests. Shower temps started off warm to cold

Pros - Fabulous apartment in a great location. The apartment was spotlessly clean and tidy, perfect for our girly weekend. Cons - Only a couple of minor issues…. slightly annoying having to go to the newsagents to collect the keys which is nowhere near the apartment! Surely a key lock box would be more convenient? The coffee pods supplied were not the right pods for the machine which was extremely disappointing!! And the mattresses could do with being replaced. They’re very soft and the springs are starting to come through!! But overall, it’s a great place and we really enjoyed our stay

Location & views were excellent! Having to walk 20 mins to collect and drop back keys. All the messages before arrival, although the host & stay rep was very pleasant & helpful. Living room looked bigger in the photos.

The views are spectacular and the at the same height as the Liver Building. Two good sized bedrooms and a good kitchen. The couches were a bit tired and the lift was out of service for the whole trip. We did 6 climbs of the 10 flights of stairs one day.

Location was brilliant The lift didn't work for the whole of the stay. Not good as the flat was on the tenth floor. Heating also not working in the living room.

The views & location were superb! Host & Stay very responsive to messages. The apartment itself was spotless with everything you need! The lift was broken, and apartment is on the 10th floor, they did send somebody out to fix it but it only worked for an hour. The actual building is not very well maintained, the the plaster/render has fallen off the walls and is just on the stairs. Host & Stay were very responsive to messages but they definitely should tell you beforehand that the lift isn’t working as there is many people that would not be able to get up to that floor and the residents that live in that building said it has been broken for a month. Bit of a fuss picking the key up from a different location.

The apartment itself was not bad, however the building it is in is in very poor condition. The elevator was out of action and had been for 2 weeks, the multiple expletives written all over the notice board left us concerned as soon as we walked into the place. This forced us to have to clime over 20 flights of stairs with mould and crumbling walls covering the walls and floor, the kind of thing you see in derelict buildings. Having to pass this every time you entered or left the building left my wife feeling ill. What seemed like poorly cleaned up vomit stains on the stairs only added to the low expectations of the apartment. The apartment was not as bad as we feared till we moved the cushions off the sofa to reveal the stains. Fortunately the rest of the apartment was not too bad. Did raise issues however these got a “thank you for informing us” message with no further action or communication so we stopped raising issues.

The apartment was spotless but the cleaner left a bag of rubbish in the living room. They must have forgot about it. Other than that it was perfect. I would recommend it 100% ?

Fantastic location, with stunning views, spacious living space and bedrooms. The hosts were very communicative and friendly. I went with a group of girls and we had an absolute blast, being within 5-10 minute walk from the town centre and 5 minutes from the nearest bus stop for L1. There is a Tesco express about 3 minutes from the front door too which was very handy for stocking -up, en route to the apartment.

Excellent location and very clean apartment. The facilities were great. The only small issue was the iron didn’t work but that wasn’t even really a problem.

The room was as advertised! The hosts were great and responsive. Can’t recommend 100% as the lift was broken (which was not the responsibility of the hosts). From the tenants it happens every 2 weeks and takes 2 or more days to fix. Would not recommend to the infirm, elderly, handicapped, etc. the trek to floor 10 was grueling. That aside, view was absolutely stunning! In the loft, all amenities were in working order and clean ( the place smelled brand new). The location could not be beat for the best local attractions and convenience.

Where should I start? - very terrible and delayed for hours to respond in chat. I can see them readying in the conversation but keep ignoring them. - to check in, you must walk a mile to get the Keys from a different location. - the main issue ??, after paying the apt amount, they will ask you on a separate website to pay an additional 25£ unrefoundebale for damage! It's not through Airbnb. This is never happened to us! Unprofessional behavior.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. Didn't like the process of getting the keys to the apartment. There were too many emails and, in the end, the link providing the code needed for picking up the key was missed. An hour or more was wasted as a result.

i would say, the stay is not as described. its far far better than that...its in a wonderful location, its spacious...the host has been in touch throughout...the checkin check out jas been smooth...the difficulties we can think of before visiting has been completely smooth and taken care..thanks a million for the wonderful stay...its cheap and can not be better..

The apartment was great and perfect for our needs as 2 adults and 2 small children. A short walk from Liverpool centre and the waterfront and many local attractions. The views from the apartment were simply amazing and we loved watching all the activity down at the pier head and waterfront. The apartment was a bit tired and could do with some updating but perfectly suitable. The negative was that the key collection was some distance from the apartment and with luggage and 2 small children this was definitely challenging. We didn’t know this until we had booked and I think this may have put us off though I’m glad we stayed here as it was a great base for our trip.

Views are amazing with everything you could possibly need provided for a self-catering stay. Having to make sure the keys were back to the shop by 10am, it's really early, and we felt very rushed and panicked that we wouldn't make it.

The property was as it looks on the pictures however it was dirty and very dusty. Clothes I put into the wardrobe got dirty with dust and other dirt The owners took a lot of money from my bank account without prior notice and said it’s because I didn’t return both keys when I did. Four adults stayed in the apartment so there is no way two keys weren’t returned. They are adamant I give proof I returned two keys so all I will say is make sure you film yourself returning the keys if you do decide to stay here. However, I strongly advise you otherwise. I have asked them for CCTV to prove I only returned one set of keys which they are no longer responding to. Save yourself a headache and a lot of money and pick somewhere else. Avoid Host Apartments

Fantastic views perched high above the street noise, with only seagulls to bother you. Tons of space, could easily fit family of 5 or 6, or two couples and a kid. Appreciated the fans in each room. Ideal location near bars, restaurants, and attractions. Building lobby and elevator were filthy, with some new sticky liquid spilled each day. No hot water for showers. Key pickup and drop-off were a royal pain, and the wrong address was provided. Property instructions did not match reality. 10am checkout is inconvenient.

We had arrived in Liverpool to be told the apartment that we had originally booked (with another host) was no longer available. Charlie from Host Apartments was kind enough to give us somewhere to stay in such short notice. We can’t thank you enough for your help and we will definitely be booking here if we decide to come back to Liverpool again ??

Fantastic location with a few problems. Overall, the property was clean, well maintained and was at a prime location. But, the bathroom did not have hot water and the resolution time on such an important issue was not satisfactory! Another complaint was that the property got extremely hot during the afternoons! We tried to open the windows for some air but we kept seeing birds which tried to get inside. We were given fans for each room but they were too slow and we're not good enough. Not suggestable for summers.

The location the place and other stuff were all wonderful! Especially the location! But when you travel to such places, you expect the basics for a good trip. Unfortunately, hot water was a big issue for us! Because the hot water only runs for some specific hours! apart from that, there is a boiler which gives only 5 mins of hot water and that's it! When you travel you have plans and taking a shower only at some specific time is very frustrating. In the end, we ended up getting a cold because of showering with cold water.

Amazing view from the apartment. Very neat and fully equipped. Good value for money. Unfortunately the elevator was broken. So it was quite a walk up. Still enjoyed the apartment.

The hosts were great, but unfortunately our stay wasn’t. First of all we were recommended to park our car in a car park that little did we know shouts at 7.30pm so we got locked in for almost 2 hours and late for our dinner reservation. Secondly, we were only made aware that the lift wasn’t working an hour or so before we arrived. They said they didn’t know about this but if you look back at the reviews it seems it hasn’t worked for weeks and with the apartment being on the top floor it wasn’t sufficient. The apartment was ok, but was not worth the money. It was cold, damp and had lots of mould and had a very strange smell to it. You also cannot use the rooftop terrace as it looks like some drug use has been going on and all the walls are crumbling and falling down. I wouldn’t stay here again unfortunately as it totally ruined the weekend but the hosts were helpful so I can’t knock them personally.

A lovely, centrally-located apartment with amazing views out across to the waterfront. Communication was prompt and friendly, with clear instructions and responsive hosts. Only downside was that the lift was out of service, and when you're staying on the 10th floor that can be a big deal if mobility is an issue. Appreciate that this is out of the hosts control and it was OK for me, but according to other residents in the building the lift hadn't been working for about three weeks by the time I arrived, so that's something to watch out for if stairs are difficult for you.

Unfortunately me and my partner did not have the best experience here. The lift was out the whole time we stayed which meant many flights of stairs to the top floor. We were told maintenance were going to come and sort the next day but saw no progress the whole stay. We had no hot water for the first night and had to bathe by boiling water in the kitchen. They replied promptly to the issue and we had hot water for most of the stay however it was very hit and miss. The apartment had some dusty areas, and hair and dirt was found on windowsills and chairs. We were curious why as our check in was supposed to be at 3pm but got progressively delayed until 4pm due to lateness of cleaners. We were offered a small refund due to the issues. I would like to conclude by saying although there were these multitude of issues, the communication was often prompt. The place itself did have great views and is a very central location to restaurants and shops. It’s just a shame our experience was poor.

Great apartment in a fab location right opposite the Liver bird building. The beds are comfy including the sofa bed. Great kitchen facilities. We had 3 issues which impacted on our enjoyment which were:- the shower was cold unless you got up earlier to press Boost button. The TV aerial was faulty which meant we could only watch Netflix but that was no hardship. The lift was broken which meant a major trek up to 10th floor. We are a fit family and still found this a struggle esp with suitcases. Worth checking this before you go as it is a deal breaker. Overall I would recommend staying here for location and facilities.

Great location and nice flat - just NO lift and 20 flights of stairs to the 10th floor made the apartment pretty unusable during the day - you couldn't just pop back to relax etc. when fixed it will be a good place to stay.

This house is very beautiful and clean exactly as shown in the pictures. Location is apt for someone who loves a sea-view. Our host was very communicative and responsive to all our queries. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Fabulous apartment in a really central location, which was perfect for our visit. Everything was well within walking distance and we only had to cross the road to be on the waterfront and close to all the attractions there. The apartment is clean, spacious and very comfortable. The bedrooms are lovely and very quiet, and offer spectacular views of the adjacent Liver Building - particularly at dusk when it's lit up. The check-in was delayed by an hour, but this was communicated in advance and didn't cause us any inconvenience. The building was easy to find and the instructions for getting there and the key collection very concise and straightforward. I wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Absolut traumhafte Wohnung!

Very enjoyable stay, great flat and great location. All appliances you would need with a Tesco shop just a short walk away. Amazing views and great central location within easy reach of all the attractions. The car park near by costs £18 for 24, it looks a bit dodgy with lots of broken glass on the floor from broken car windows, but we had no problems there for three days.

It is an amazing apartment, perfectly located and the communication with the host was ideal. I highly recommend!

Great location down by The Pier Head, close to The Three Graces, Mersey Ferries, Museums, The Albert Dock, Liverpool One and the City Centre. There were some difficulties parking nearby & loading in & out. Check In and Check Out times are actually when you Collect & Drop off keys at a local Newsagent. Overall though, a wonderful stay.

This unit has everything we needed for our one night in Liverpool. Great location.

The apartment is quite nice and wonderfully located. Check-in was easy and straightforward and communication with the team was excellent throughout our stay. However, the apartment and the building need some serious cleaning and renovation as there are many signs of moisture damage. I fear that it may cause serious health issues for its residents so sadly I cannot recommend the apartment.

One of the worst experiences ever. I'd booked a luxury 10th floor apartment for myself and elderly parents before Dad's Alzheimers kicked in, to make some new memories. After having to deviate to a sleazy, grubby newsagents to collect the keys, run by an uninterested man, we got to the apartment, to find the lift wasn't working. After calls to the head office, we were told to return the keys, and collect new ones for another similar apartment in a different area, for which the owners would pick up the cost of the taxi (They didn't). Again the lift was not working. Unbelievable. They stopped answering their phone, and so we were left in a strange city with no accommodation. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOUR. Only after forking out for a hotel did we feel safe. I will admit that this bunch of cowboys have refunded us in full, but that was only right and proper. This company rent out so called luxury apartments in blocks where seemingly homeless, and rough people live. I got an email from them prior to the trip warning me of this fact. The corridors reek of cannabis. It appals me that they can describe their properties as luxury. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

This place was great! Two adults and two babies spent two nights in the flat in the recent heat wave. The hosts where nice enough to secure us some fans which ensured that all of us survived the heat. The flat is very nice and well stocked. The kitchen has all the utensils you would need to make a full meal. The lift helped with the prams, but note that there are a few stairs to get to the lift. To get the keys we had to go to a nearby store which was actually pretty easy. The location of the flat is AMAZING. Right near the water and downtown. We walked everywhere during our stay.

Apartment is in a great location with truly amazing views! Communication beforehand was very clear and helpful. The only small piece of constructive feedback would be the lack of essentials like hand wash and toilet rolls. 2 toilet rolls for a group of 6 over 2 nights was never going to be enough. Also, if you want a lie in then make sure you bring earplugs because the Liver Building’s clock chimes every 15 minutes from 7am!

Such a fantastic location and a clean and well-equipped apartment. Host was always incredibly quick to respond to messages which was great. Check in and check out was super smooth. The apartment is very close to the stations and within waking distance to all the sights. We loved our visit to Liverpool and hope to return at some point, and would definitely stay here again.

This apartment was perfect for our stay in Liverpool. It was very comfortable for a group of 5 of us, and there were lots of good restaurants right around the corner. The location next to the docks and several train stations was very helpful. And a beautiful view to top it off!

The location is absolutely the best. Within a block of the James St train station, within easy walking distance to the Maritime Museum and International Slavery Museum which were top on our list to visit. It was also a relatively short Uber to the Liverpool Anfield Stadium. Local shopping is also very close with a Tesco within a block to pick up any items you may need. The flat is very comfortable and roomy for several guests.

Great location with amazing views! Check in nice and easy and communication was great. Have stayed in quite a few places in Liverpool and this one was definitely the quietest even though there are lots of bars and restaurants just around the corner. Would definitely book again!

I still can't believe just how gorgeous the views were from the window! The apartment itself is very modern, very clean and had pretty much everything we needed for a short stay. The next best thing is how amazing the location is. There's a Tesco 2 minutes walk from the apartment and the waterfront was just across the road. Communication with the team was great and the check-in process was very smooth as well. All in all, an amazing stay and highly recommended.

Good location, nice vue, but chek in was not on time,we must wait hour, we do not have where to park our car,was driving around, waiting for keys too long, for late chek in they sad ho ho cafe, we will pay hour bill, but unfortunately they brake his promise,we was waiting for 2 weeks, but nothing was paid. if you promise something ho your guest, nake sure hou do it

Fantastic apartment near the mighty Mersey! Quick walk to The Cavern Quarter and all of the surrounding wonderful sites. Fabulous restaurants and pubs within a few minutes walk. Check out the lobby of The Liver Building across the street for a great cup of coffee and amazing interior design. The apartment was clean and comfortable with an incredible, million dollar view. Great shower. Comfortable living room. Well decorated. An absolute bargain! When I return to Liverpool I will absolutely look to book this place again.

We had a great time at the penthouse apartment it is very spacious, clean and comfortable and the views are amazing looking over at the Mersey and the Liver building, especially at night. Be patient with the lift though as it tended to have a delay opening/shutting but nothing to worry about. The location was very central and parking just around the corner. The communication with the team was great/prompt and they were very help and accommodating. Overall I would definitely recommend this accommodation and look forward to our next visit. Thanks Hayley

This flat is absolutely beautifully decorated, bright with natural light, very clean and modern! We loved our stay! The location is superb for walking to the waterfront and the main town area. Lots of wonderful restaurants and markets close by. We would love to sty here again if we are lucky enought to make it back to the UK.

An amazing place to stay, From the moment we booked the whole team couldn't have been more helpful, for the same price as a cheap hotel we got to stay in a immaculate apartment with the most iconic views of Liverpool just outside your window. Check in and check out amazingly efficient, and I would highly recommend using the local guides the team send you, we got to see everything and ate and drank in some amazing places.

This was a nice place to stay with an excellent location. The place was as described with superb communication from the hosts. I had several questions/requests and all were answered promptly and with good customer service! The only minus is that the beds weren’t as comfortable as I would have liked.

Wonderful place to stay in Liverpool

Note: booking cancelled before check in therefore ratings of the property are approximate. Booked this property at short notice. It was only after making reservation that I was told check in would only be possible until 6pm, not 3pm as advertised. Not impressed, especially as I’d told them before the booking that I was travelling with a baby. I had positive Covid test day of the booking so had to cancel. Owner said I’d have to submit a formal request to Airbnb to receive a full refund. This was a bit tedious and considering this was a short notice booking they could have done themselves. I submitted evidence of the positive test and was fully refunded.

Stayed for a quick anniversary getaway. Couldn’t have been more please with the place. Everything was great, amazing views that we just couldn’t get over. Had quick responses from the team when I needed a few questions answering. 100% would recommend and would come back again.

A fantastic stay all round. Great communication from the outset; seemless check in process; spotlessly clean and spacious flat, so comfortable and functional with amazing views over the Liver Building and beyond. Awesome location- short walks to Albert Dock, shopping areas, Castle St and Bold St for restaurants etc. Despite the central location, remarkably quiet. Slight nuisance in no parking but good options nearby. Will 100% stay again.

A lovely apartment in a great location! Clean, comfortable beds and very spacious. The view from every room is amazing, and a real selling point for this apartment. The only thing we found an issue in, was the communal areas within the building. The entrance lobby and the stairwells were less desirable and unkempt. However this is not the fault of the apartment owner, just something to bear in mind. Overall a lovely stay.

This place is absolutely gorgeous! The views are amazing and it is so clean and modern. It was well equipped with everything we needed from tea bags to cleaning products. The communication from the hosts was super quick and very informative. I did find the check in a little bit stressful but it was a minor issue, especially as the apartment was so amazing.

An excellent apartment in a fantastic location with outstanding views. Correspondence with host was great with replies usually within the hour. Picking up keys was simple and only a short walk away. Location....Views.. this apartment was simply amazing for these reasons. We stayed here with our 5 and 8 year old and was so wonderful to put them in bed and enjoy the amazing views out the window. The location is perfect if looking to be in the heart of the city. We parked our car at the Beetham Plaza parking structure 1 block away and did not use car till we left 3 days later. Highly recommend if like Japanese food Etsu.. 2 min walk from apartment Thank you for a wonderful weekend away!

Great location, amazing views from the apartment aswell as being a very clean and stylish place.

Advertised as a penthouse but was one flat on a top floor with no direct access to the balcony. We accessed the balcony climbing through the apartment windows which was fine with us. Couldn’t find the WiFi box, when asked the respondent didn’t seem sure where it was and we spent 15 minutes trying to work out the location. The apartment was smaller than expected and the set up was a bit half arse if I’m being honest. Was okay, not really worth the money.

The location of apartment is very well located for the city centre, docks and arena. The apartment was really light and airy, really clean on arrival and the beds were comfortable. All amenities listed were present in the apartment, and good wifi speeds. Key collection and return was really convenient, and gives a good window to collect.

Unbeatable location!

We had a fantastic time in Liverpool with our two children (7 and 3). The flat is beautiful - even more spacious than the photos suggest, really clean, and the views from all three rooms are breathtaking - especially at night. Nice to have the coffee machine and coffee pods too! The location couldn't be better - less than a five minute walk to the TATE, the docks, the ferry terminal etc. We had amazing pizzas at Rudy's and a wonderful brunch at Moose Coffee (both 5 mins walk away). We've been telling everyone we know how great Liverpool is, and how this flat was the best base for exploring it! Thank you!

Great location, a quick walk to everywhere. It would have been so much better if we would have gotten a response to our concerns in a timely matter. Only supplying one tiny tiny soap for 5 adults and no face cloths or hand towels, a light out in the bathroom, no dish soap, cloth or towel, and a coffee machine that didn't work are all small things but added up to be a big thing because the were too many things that weren't great. Not receiving a response until day 3 as well was very frustrating. There was a beautiful view from the bedrooms - it was too bad there was garbage on the deck that hadn't been picked up. The pictures of the apartment appear larger than it was. This wasn't an issue for us as we just slept and showered there. It was also unfortunate that carpets were very stained and there were large water stains on the ceiling and walls. We only found out after we paid for our stay that the key was in a lock box 2 blocks away down an back alley. We didn't appreciate having to go find this at 1100pm.

This flat is in the BEST location for Liverpool: amazing views and just a few minutes walks from all the main attractions. You can lie in bed and watch the Liver Birds overseeing the waterfront which is pretty amazing!

Gorgeous stay right in the most beautiful part of Liverpool just a stones throw away from Albert Docks, a secure, quiet stay in a lovely apartment with absolutely amazing views of Liverpool and the Liver Building - the clock face of this remarkable building is almost right in your bedroom when you open the blinds, just stunning. One thing I really loved ( and this is totally from a girls point of view) in the main bedroom there is a gorgeous dressing table spot with great lighting for makeup in the morning - for once I'm not squeezed into a hot bathroom trying to do makeup in weird lighting - so for me this was awesome! Very clean and lovely, clean, stylish furnishings, a great safe area to stay with kids too, we were so close to everything and a Tesco just a 2 minute walk away. 5 minutes walk from the main restaurant, a lovely wine bar area which was fab for us and lots of family-friendly restaurants. The building itself is beautiful and we were amazed at what a lovely area, views and such a lovely building to be in for the price, also super central to everything you need in Liverpool. Great base for a family weekend, a romantic couples weekend or a girls weekend. I

This is the perfect flat for exploring all that Liverpool Waterfront has to offer - nothing is more than 10-15 minutes walk away. Very comfortable and quiet flat. Stunning views of Liverpool's famous 'Three Graces' and the Mersey beyond. Afternoon and early evening sun floods in. Highly recommend visiting Crosby (30 minutes to the North) to see Antony Gormley's 'Another Place' installation. Liverpool is the a perfect city for a long weekend and Katrina is a great host responding to queries quickly and offering lots of really helpful advice and information on things to do and see.

Wonderful view and a great layout of the flat.

Apartment was clean, had good equipment and was very comfortable for the four of us who stayed. There was a problem with the washing machine but the hosts had maintenance despatched to attempt to repair it quickly and they refunded what we spent on laundry services in the interim. The location is very good, pre-booked parking is convenient nearby and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Oh and hot water is a hit too!

Best location for a city break in Liverpool. This top floor flat is right opposite the 3 Graces, across the road from the Mersey ferry, the Museum of Liverpool, the Beatles statue and there's a handy tesco express just a few mins away. Getting the key was easy and the flat was warm, (with extra heating working well in all rooms), comfy, equipped with all we needed to self cater for 3 nights. Beds were really comfy and shower hot. Although you're above the main road the noise level was minimal. Top tip is you can leave your luggage in the Museum of Liverpool in lockers for a returnable £1. So much to see on his great city, we packed in everything we could and still much more to see. We had thought about staying at the YHA which is what we normally do but so glad we chose this flat - location was ace and a really good base to come back to each eve.

This apartment has a breathtaking view! It's seriously incredible. Great location, in proximity to the city center, right at the docks. Everything was clean and the communication was good as well. One thing we did not enjoy very much about this apparment is its temperature. It can get very cold, rooms heat quickly which is great but the bathroom stayed freezing the whole time. Another thing to bear in mind is the need to heat up the water quite a bit in advance if you want to take a warm shower. Noone took a shower the first night as it was ice cold, next morning I heated up the water for 30 mins (water heater), wasn't quite enough to take a comfortable shower so then I always set it up in advance for 2 hrs which was enough but there is the waiting. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay, especially the veiw and location, just turn the water heater and all radiators on as soon as you enter! Recommended.

This flat was fantastic. You can’t beat the location, across the street to the waterfront area, right by the train station, theres a Tesco close by and it’s an easy walk to the city center. The views of the Three Graces are simply stunning! The flat itself is spacious and was really clean, well stocked and comfortable. The owners were very helpful and quick to respond. I’d also add that given all the great things going for it, the price was a great value. Without a doubt I’d book this place again in a heartbeat when I’m back in Liverpool!

I have stayed in a lot of places through air bnb (although mostly booked through friends/family so I don’t have much reviews) but it was by far the best experience I have had. The communication was amazing, and the added touches such as tips and tricks/suggestions for the area was such a great help. It was also my first time using a lock box for checking in and out, and it was so straight forward and easy. If I’m back in Liverpool, which I hope to be, because it’s a fab spot, I will not be looking at any other accommodation and I’ll be booking here again. So stylish, fresh and clean. The apartment is new, bright, spacious, clean and full of amenities for our stay! We are a family of 5 (4 adults and 1 child); can easily move around and enjoy the space we have. The kitchen is great, we prefer cook to dine out, and everything is on the cupboard. Salt, pepper, cooking oil, even a pack of spaghetti! There is also an iron and an ironing board that we use. However, we can not find any soap/shampoo in the bathroom, also bin is not provided in the bathroom. Location is perfect! Just between the Dock and city centre. The apartment does not have dedicated parking space but we easily park our car in a secure parking area 10 minutes walk from the apartment. Would really like to return! Thank you for having us to stay in such a short notice!

Located on the 10th floor, this apartment has fantastic views overlooking the impressive buildings that line the River Mersey. The owners gave us lots of tips for exploring the city and we had a superb city break. I would recommend this flat - it's excellent value for money.

Beautiful apartment in a superb location of Liverpool. The views were so amazing., as were the sunsets. From the apartment we could easily walk to the Albert Docks, and so many choices of restaurants and bars in all different directions from the apartment. . There are museums within walking distance as well. The only thing that was different for Americans is that only one hand towel is provided for the bathroom (but bath towels for each guest are there) and no bathtub/shower soap. Sink soaps are there. We enjoyed our stay.

Hot water is set to be available only for 2.5 hours in the morning and night. After which, a boost needs to be operated for half hour to get extra hot water. Pretty inconvenient especially when you get back late and need to wait for the boost to operate. No fans at all so it's pretty hot during summer, especially in the afternoons. Opening the windows will lead to dust and noise coming in. Good location.

Great location with views over Liver Building and cathedral. Flat is very spacious with comfortable living space. Good communication from hosts made this a very enjoyable stay.

Great little flat, beautiful view of the Royal Liver Building and surrounding area from the 10th floor. Location is perfect for tourism, Albert Dock ( TATE , Beatles story etc ) Ferry rides, Cavern Club, Liverpool One ( Shopping precinct ) all a short walk away. Clean & tidy, bathroom was a good standard. Sofa bed in Living room was ok as a third double bed - but avoid if you have back problems. Liverpool is great weekend location - we recommend doing a cab tour of Beatles sites, book Cavern Club in advance especially on Saturdays.

Wow!! What a spot this is. The location couldn't be better for twice the money and the views were spectacular day and night. We were super comfortable and walking distance from, quite literally, everything. The apartment is well appointed, beds are comfy and warm and the shower was fab after being out in the rain and cold all day! We would stay again in a heartbeat.

Great near-waterfront location that is walkable to everything. Easy access to public transport (or Uber is always close by). Very functional kitchen with newer appliances that work great. Two bedrooms are great for 2-4 people. Clean and efficient layout with nice 10th floor views of the 3 Graces and Mersey river. Would definitely stay here again when in Liverpool!

This apartment is in a fantastic location. Albert Dock is just 5 minutes walk as are the starting points for tour buses, the ferry and Liverpool 1. The hosts are very accommodating and easy to get hold of should you need them and the flat is cosy, safe and quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

Apartment is absolutely beautiful and the views are tremendous. We wished we'd had more time to actually sit in and appreciate it, but we were of course out most of the time. The check-in process is self-service and feels a little weird but (you'll get details) but rest assured it goes exactly according to the directions provided. Fantastic location.

As we expected, the place was gorgeous. It definitely was worth booking. The apartment is spacious and the views are stunning. The host was more than helpful, preparing a document to help us visit the city and get around, which we found very useful. All appliances we needed were there so we felt just like home. We strongly recommend this place and the host if you are in Liverpool.

Views are stunning over the three graces and location could not be better. 5 mins from Albert Dock. Car park by Tesco Express £14 for 24hrs and close proximity to apartment. Hosts are very responsive. We had issues over key location and hosts are remedying that. Highly recommend property and hosts.

The apartment was awesome, great views of iconic Liverpool buildings, clean and stylish. The hosts communicated well but we did initially have a check in problem that was due to outdated information. That was quickly rectified by the host and by and having three numbers of contact it made that little bump disappear. I recommend this highly and I will he back.

We booked before there were any reviews so we were a bit nervous but it was all very nice. Inside it was spotlessly clean, with brand new fixtures and fittings, nice decor and comfy furniture. The flat is in a nice block, with a decent communal area and lift. It’s not really what I’d call a penthouse, as there are six flats on the top floor but the views are fabulous. Location also couldn’t be better for sightseeing. We recommend a nice Japanese restaurant called Etsu round the corner. Also, if you bring your car

The location is fantastic with a wonderful view of the Liver Building. It's very convenient for the docks and is close to many restaurants and bars. The apartment was immaculate, very comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved staying there and look forward to going again.
