Whitby Abbey Illuminated | 21st – 31st Oct
Whitby is one of our favourite places to visit in North Yorkshire and even more so at Halloween! This historic town comes alive in October with events and activities for the whole family. Every year we look forward to Whitby Abbey Illuminated which sees the ruined gothic Whitby Abbey (which was Bram Stoker’s inspiration for Dracula!) lit up in the colours of the rainbow.
As well as the illuminations, you’ll also be able to explore the recently revamped museum, enjoy a show all about Dracula, and take in the incredible views over the coast. Book Whitby Abbey Illuminated online and you’ll save 10%!
